“Fantastic service as always. Sadly on this occasion the gilet was a bit big so I've had to return it as there is no exchange service available but I'll definitely be returning to shop more! Always a great product range and great prices - the loyalty scheme is outstanding!”

“Sadly my order was incorrect, after sending a couple of mails I did have a response via email and a personal phone call of apology for the delay in response. I am happy it’s now resolved and I would definitely order from them again :)”

“The service was very slow, it took 6 working days for the item to arrive and the website said 2-5 days which is wrong. When the product arrived it was the wrong colour to the one I had ordered. I returned the product. One very disappointed customer. I will never return.”

“The reason I gave a rate of 4, was because the web site was difficult! In the end I ordered over the phone to a very helpful lady. Delivery was good and the boots I’ve ordered are just what I wanted. Will probably order from you again. (Provided the web site is working) 😀”
