“Why do you take payment 2 weeks before goods received? Why do you not answer emails? Why when you have agreed to send me a pre-paid for label to return my order did you not include it with my goods? When I spoke to you why did you expect me to travel at least 3.5 miles there and back to take my return to a DPD collection point? Why couldn't the Post Office find your name at the address you gave for my return of the goods. Will you keep your promise to refund cost of goods PLUS postage? I will wait with baited breath!”

“I ordered some Meyer trousers. Cheaper than the Meyer web site. They were delivered a day late (had to be supplied from Germany) but AFarley kept me informed by mail and phone so very pleased with the product, value and customer service.”

“Farley is fine and I am a fan of Bruhl BUT the delivery company is a problem . They do not call when they are lost and simply waste my time in one way communications. Happened twice in 2 orders. Not good.”

“No answer to email because I received no expedition email. Size chart are wrong. The boots are too small although I ordered a size above for safety. Not recommanded if you live outside UK.”

“Great service and excellent product. I purchased Ariat Windermere ladies yard boots on a recommendation from a friend. Initially the boots were out of stock and I was contacted by A Farley to inform me of the delay and offering a refund. I decided to wait for the boots and they were delivered ahead of schedule. Excellent customer service and I love my boots.”

“Quality at a reasonable price, great selection and prompt delivery so why only 3 stars? Because to be a top online clothes shop you need a simple free returns policy so customers can order a few items, try them on and return those that are not right for them, easily and without additional cost. Competitors do provide this service. Farley would be more attractive if they did too.”

“Easy to order, came very quickly . Lovely boots. Pay for what you get. My last pair over 10yrs and well used. Extra fit good for wider calls. Was wondering where my free gift was. Flask 🤣 or does that come after or maybe I missed something on order form. But defenetely said free gift. Other than that very satisfactory and pleased with order.”

“I have just received my coat this morning only two days after placing my order.Super quick delivery. I am delighted with the garment having been slightly concerned it wouldn't be long enough as i am 6ft 1ins tal,the length is perfect as is the rest of the coat.It is very stylish and i can't wait to wear it.Delighted with my choice.Thank you.”
