“I Order #56740, BARBOUR Jacket - Mens Chelsea Sportsquilt Tailored Fit - Navy × 1 XL, Good quality, but the sizes are running big. I email Farley requesting an exchange and I was told that they can not do and exchange, I need to order and pay for another jacket, it would have been better if the Dan do exchange. Anyway, I have to return the jacket, waiting for a refund so I can order smaller size.”

“I purchased the boots for my husband. He is extremely happy with them, they are a perfect fit, and are very comfortable. His feet are very warm in them, when out and about in the evenings as a water bailiff. Many thanks.”

“Following an initial mix-up with the order, Emmie couldn't have been more helpful, arranging for a replacement to be sent from Denmark and honouring the original sale price - even arranging for a size smaller, despite this not being in the original sale. Communication was excellent and I'm delighted with the replacement item. The whole process felt customer-focussed and personal. I will be bookmarking this store. Many thanks.”
