“The reason for the poor is because of a picking error meaning that I received the wrong item. I visited the shop to return. Staff each time I contacted by phone & staff in the shop were very pleasant and helpful, but picking errors are just hassle for a customer and a no no in business today with all the technology available. A simple human error I guess but enormously frustrating.”

“I love these boots. I bought my last pair (the long version) 13 years ago. I still have them, but just thought I’d like a shorter pair. You can walk through anything in them. They are so comfortable. If you look after them they will last and last and last.”

“I have been happy wit h my purchases. However the last two were due for delivery and the email from dad stated they would leave the packages and take a photo of the delivery in. The event they were not left and were handed into Lifestyle shop in Tring for collection. I have collected them but am not satisfied that the delivery agent did not take the action they indicated in the email.”

“Unfortunately, the belt took too long to deliver and missed my brithday. My wife was very disappointed. Also it was too big and had to send it back. No replacements so had to pay for a new one and it took two weeks to arrive. But refund is still not here after nearly a month. Belt is really nice though.”

“Item took 10 days to arrive, which was disappointing, although I was informed that Easter had meant a delay despite ordering after the holiday. Responded promptly to my chasing up enquiry.”
