“Excellent customer service - I had an old address on my Apple Pay account and didn’t realise until the order confirmation was emailed. I phoned and got the shipping address changed and the girl on the phone was lovely and 100% efficient and my new boots got shipped to the correct address! So great to speak to a real person right away without endless recorded messages and keypad options!”

“I ordered a pair of Ariat boots for my daughters birthday and paid the extra to insure they arrived in time. I then received an email to say they were out of stock, more on their way, and my postage refunded. I called to explain the situation and was helped by an extremely helpful lady. She went over and above to get the boots and send them special delivery so they arrived on the day! Excellent service! She was thrilled. Will most definitely be ordering from you again. Thank you.”

“Ordered a heated gilet on 1 April, it arrived 25 April. No communication from them until I E mailed to find out status of order!! According to Website should have been within6 working days!! Always been pleased with the service when buying from the shop but ordering online was a different matter.”
