“A beautiful pair of shoes made by Barker, delivered in good time, considering the impact of the Easter holiday. Sadly the one does not fit my foot and I am obliged to return them. I will try the larger size as I like the shoes.”

“Burgundy belt (mens') - this belt was exactly as photographed, good quality leather with a deep burgundy colour. Not cheap, but you pay for the quality.”

“The shoes I wanted were not in stock by the time my order was received. I got an email from them very quickly saying they had the next size up & if I wanted I could try them and return if not satisfied. Although a tad too big I decided to keep them and are very happy with my purchase especially the voucher that gave me money off a a first time customer.”

“You took my order and payment when you did not have the item in stock. You said at the time of order 5-6 business days for delivery. Only after I queried delivery did you admit to not having stock. I got my order only 2 days after the original suggested date so no big deal....but your management of expectations is very poor. You need to learn to be transparent up front and under-promise but over-deliver, not the other way around. The product was fine.”
