“The jeans were exactly as I’d hoped, but Meyer jeans always are. With regards to the service I was disappointed. When I made the online purchase it stated 2-5 working days delivery. As sonny as I paid this changed to 3-6 days. The actual delivery took 11 working days. I had nothing from the company as to why there was a delay so after calling them they said there’s a delay with my order as they were awaiting a “Meyer” delivery. I did try using the email contact facility but there was no reply to this. All in all disappointing”

“Awful, Ordered on the 15th of August, is currently the 31st of August and still no delivery. Sent emails with no response ended up calling, I was told they would look into it and call me back 5 days later no call back.”

Your order is due to arrive with you tomorrow via DPD. “Shopping part was fine but only 2 pairs of trousers were delivered instead of the 3 pairs ordered. There was no explanation of why the package was a pair short so we had to call your office to notify the shortfall. We hope to receive the missing pair this week.”

“The entire process was good. Shipping could be done a bit faster. The product itself is perfect, pricing perfect, packaging perfect. So shopping with these people is a pleasure. Do mind extra taxes when the package enters your European country. UK is no more part of the monetary unity in Europe. Unfortunately!”
