“The boots proved far too small. I could not get my feet into them. I was then surprised to discover that you require your customers to pay for returns; it cost £8.99 to return them by post. You will understand that in future my custom will go to 'Outdoor and Country' who do not expect customers to bear a loss for unsatisfactory purchases. I shall not be buying from you in the future.”

“The Ariat boots were beautiful fabulous quality but unfortunately extremely large. I ordered a 5 but should have gone down a size. The return was easy and I will buy in a smaller size. Definitely good quality hardwearing boots. I think they’d last forever..”

“I had ordered a pair of arias boots from here for my wife’s birthday. They arrived in time, but sadly are just too big. I went online and followed the instruction to ask for a return rather than exchange. I did that, paying another £6 in order to return the boots. I have not received the email with the return voucher so I emailed to ask where it was. This email has not been acknowledged, now I received an email asking to write a review and here I am! What a cheek! I have a pair of boots that don’t fit and have paid for a return that hasn’t been confirmed. Unreal.”

“I ordered a pair of Ariat Chelsea boots and the original pair were too large. I’m usually a 5 but the 5 was big. 4.5 fits perfectly. I was happy with the costumer service discussions when it came to returning them however you can’t exchange, only refund and order again. I also paid for the DPD postage which was refunded when I decided to not send the large pair back but felt if I had chosen to send them back the postage should have been covered by the company as it is in most companies.”

“good website etc, but I assumed that the boots I was ordering - at £360 - came with a boot bag as shown in the photos. No offer was made to 'add one' so fair enough to assume this was included. No sign of a bag in the parcel However having raised this with them they quickly sent a bag. Thank You!”
