It took nearly a month for the Blazer to arrive, it was not until i emailed customer service, before the blazer arrive, and it was the incorrect blazer, the blazer i ordered was HARRIS TWEED Jacket - Mens Stranrear - Navy Herringbone, the blazer that arrive was not the blazer ordered. If they did not have the blazer in stock i should have been notified.

I can see you have been contact with our customer service manager and after kindly providing photos of the item you have received along with the labels on the item, it has been confirmed we sent you the correct item that you had ordered. I can see the order was a day delayed over the advised timeframe of 21 working days to USA and would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. very poor delivery timescale, but moreover, complete lack of communication advising of the status of my oder without me asking

Thank you for your review and for kindly placing an order with A Farley. We can see your order is on the standard international delivery timeframe to Dubai of 21 working days. The last day to receive your order was 12th November and we are sorry to hear you have not yet received your order. Your order was dispatched with DPD Air Express via Interparcel to arrive with you within the timeframe. Tracking information was also emailed to you to allow you to track the progress of your parcel. We are very sorry to hear you have not yet received your order. We have chased this with DPD and they have advised the below; "I see that your parcel is held since the 10th of November 2021, due to an Unexpected and Uncontrollable event. I've chased our depot to provide an update on the reason for holding. We will give you an update within 72 hours upon receiving any information from our depot". Our customer service manager has since taken ownership of your order and has emailed you in regards to your order to keep you updated. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. I must say I was expecting much better packaging and shipping. The box was destroyed. This was reported to the shipper at receipt. The coat was not in plastic in a oversized box that became dirty and crushed. Sloppy to say the least. When shipping this distance more care is required. Bought online. Product was in stock and payment was take. No subsequent communication. Tried emailing. In the end, had to call 10 or so days later and, after long phone queue, was able to speak to someone and get it resolved. Product did eventually arrive.

After a long wait the delivery arrived. Payment taken on order way before dispatch, not good. Order was made 14 October and delivery made 11 November.

Gorgeous shirt, love it but a bit sad that l had to return a 16 to get an 18 which is still not enormous. l am usually a 16 and sometimes a 14 but this make although lovely is certainly quite small. Sending back via DPD to Petersfield and the 18 arrived very quickly. Will wear it for Christmas and love it. thank you.

Products are good, customer service is good I just feel I've had some bad luck. When ordered they had lost my order in the shipping department, if I hadn't chased it, it would still not be here. I sent a email to chase and still waiting on response, only had luck in phoning them. I have also asked twice for a VAT invoice to be emailed and that still hasn't arrived yet either. Invoices should automatically be sent by email or sent with the item and shouldn't have to be classed.
