“Seem to be charged double for vat both in UK on ordering and Ireland before delivery and customer agent had zero interest in addressing this”

Thank you for your review. We have had a look into your order and can see you have not been charged any VAT on your order when it was placed. Due to Brexit, deliveries outside the UK may be subject to local sales taxes, custom charges and/or import duties, over which we have no control, and for which we cannot accept liability. If they apply they may require to be paid before the parcel will be released for delivery. You may require to pay additional charges for customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and cannot advise you prior before to placing your order what they may be. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. “This was the first time I'd used A Farley and found the process very easy. I wanted some Barker brogue shoes and made contact by e mail, to double-check the sizes available (either 8.5 or 9 in Navy / Grey). Gracie Payne - (Customer Services Advisor) replied very promptly with the required information. I placed the order (61074) with her by phone for speed on the 15th November and she was very personable. Order confirmed by e mail at 13.04 and delivered on the 16th November by 12.30pm. I even phoned following delivery to thank her, I was so impressed. Alan”

“The customer service people were great: responsive and quick. A word to international shoppers like me: I appreciated the free international shipping option, and that was the main reason I chose to buy the product from A Farley. If you read the description of the shipping, it does say 21 working days. And they mean it! I was somewhat amused to think of the order just sitting there for nearly a month before it got fulfilled (because even ship cargo would travel here faster than 21 days). I had to email customer service when the 21-day window had passed, because--no surprise--the order hadn't been shipped! It was shipped quite promptly after my email.”

“I absolutely love buying from A Farley Country Attire. I ordered my new boots, paid online, to be advised really quickly that they were out of stock until February 2022. I was happy to wait.
