“Very disappointed by my Hoggs moleskin trousers. They turned out to be very expensive jeans. And it would costs me £8+ to return them Have baught Hoggs moleskins for 50 years and now they are only jeans. Not Farleys fault.”

“Initial review would have been poor as the coat I ordered arrived with 2 missing buttons and looked to have been previously opened. The manner in which this was dealt with was very good. Free return postage and a replacement sent out as soon as the original was returned. I would use A Farley again. My advice - double check your order thoroughly on delivery.”

“Quality product.....when I eventually got it. Ordered a Gilet and a few days later was called to say my colour was not available. I accepted an aleternative colour. Two weeks later nothing had arrived and I called back to find out what had happened. The information from the follow-up phone call had not been passed to the Warehouse. The assistant apologised and said it would be dispatched with a 3-5 delivery time. The prodict eventually arrived a week later.”

“Sadly the worst customer experience I have had in a long time! No order acknowledgement, when I rang I was told order should be with me tomorrow 3 days later delivery advised that they were awaiting delivery of order. Tried emailing but email not deliverable. Needless to say my group and I will not be ordering again.”

“Following an order placed I did, unfortunately have to wait several weeks for it to arrive due to a delay with the manufacturer. However, when I emailed Farley Country Attire, I got a very polite, apologetic response very quickly explaining the issue and was also offered a discount because of this. Customer service is so important and I was really happy with what I received. As soon as the order came in, it was dispatched by express courier and arrived safely”

“I have purchased Meyer trousers for many years and their style and quality never varies. A Farley always has a good selection and the orders are always despatched promptly. If there is a problem with delivery, A Varley will communicate this to you. Excellent service is provided by this company.”

“The product was as expected and is great. It took 5/6 working days to dispatch which nowadays is quite long just to dispatch. Item came the next day after dispatch so I don’t see why it took so long when the item was in stock.”

“Do not be fooled by this shop, it is not geared up for internet sales, so far, I ordered in stock items off the site, all of a sudden there was a lead time of 7-10 days on the stock (once they had my money). The goods arrived in parts. I had to pay for my return which was child-sized items. which took a week to acknowledge receipt even though the courier delivered the next day. Now they say if I am lucky I will get a refund in 14 days (if they are not too busy). I will never shop here again unless I want a laugh! They are not prepared for e-commerce and the way people shop today. I would say their shop is probably excellent in person.”
