“Great kit and fantastic service if I had any comment , and let’s face it we all do !! I was slightly mislead/confused at the make of the product I purchased and therefore brought the wrong brand. That’s more my fault than yours but for me there is a quality issue between the two brands. Otherwise perfect service in all areas.”

“Unfortunately the product delivered (some Crispi boots) were the wrong size. despite the box showing they were UK10/EU44 they were actuall size 9/43. However I was very impressed with the efficient and curtious customer service provided by Livvy who immediately sent the return details and personally checked stock to see if the right size was available. Sadly it wasn't but none the less I would definately use A Farley in the future based on my customer service experience.”
