“Prompt delivery. Boots are very nice but unfortunately are too big so will be returning. I’m a size 5 & that’s what I bought so I would say they come up slightly bigger”

“I ordered a pair of Meyer trousers, unfortunately in my rush to place the order before going on holiday I clicked on the wrong size. Thankfully I realised my error and emailed Farley's to see if the order could be changed. All sorted, they confirmed the required size would be shipped. When I returned from holiday I was disappointed to find they had shipped the wrong size, even thought he despatch note clearly indicates the size that it was changed to. Their refunds process requires one to pay £8.95 to get a returns label, as it was entirely their fault I phoned to request a free label - it took 20 minutes to get through, although I was supposedly first in the queue. Not a great experience at all, a doubt very much I will use this company again as this is the second issue with sizing in two two purchase - 100% failure rate.”

“Ordered an item that was out of stock. Farley said I could have money back or they would complete the order when new stock arrived. Duly arrived. Exactly as ordered. Very pleased with the service and keeping me informed.”

“Twelve months ago I would have given them 5 stars, but their service has 'slipped' and their Customer Service Department is a totally unreliable joke. When contacted, they will tell you what they think you want to hear, rather than the real situation with your order, or enquiry.”

“This company has been brilliant I purchased the wrong boots but there was no hesitation when I contacted them they immediately sent details of how to return and even sent the correct boots out the next day a very smooth transaction fantastic service the correct wellingtons are a Christmas present for our daughter so they will be keeping her warm and try during the winter at the stables thank you once again.”
