“The harness is good overall but the hind strap slips even though I’ve adjusted it many times. This is the only disappointing element as the main reason I bought this harness was to avoid slippage.”

“As usual Farley delivered the goods promptly by DHL imo the most reliable carrier. But the trousers, waist 34 by Bruhl, were very much tighter than my normal brand, Meyer. I will need to exchange them. Not Farley's fault.”

“The packaging arrived a whole week later, but to my disappointment, If I wanted to return the items there was no invoice or returns label included. Despite my efforts to contact the company through email and telephone, I received no response, even though I had reached out prior to the delivery just to clarify a question It is clear that there is a need for significant improvement in customer care and product quality.”
