“After ordering my size shoe, I had them delivered to find they are too big. Then I find out they don't have a size smaller. What has REALLY annoyed me is that send them back AT MY COST. how rude and ridiculous is that? I hope to get a refund fairly soon. Now I have to waste my time looking for a very nice pair of shoes for my wedding.”

“Placed order then unfortunately received a call a few days later to say they didn't have the size I'd ordered in stock but offered a replacement or to send when they received more stock. Order then delivered very quickly. Good communication and lovely boots.”

“Had to wait a while as I ordered several items, but a shirt I ordered was out of stock, but was showing stock when I ordered it, so could do with updating the website quicker, but pleased with items & price & the rewards system is quite good so all in all a good place to purchase your country attire.”

“I recently purchased a pair of Dubarry Galway boots from A Farley Country Attire, and overall, my experience was positive. The delivery was as described, arriving on time, which was a relief during the busy Christmas period. The boots themselves are fantastic—high quality and exactly as advertised. The only slight drawback was the company’s response time to my inquiries. While not particularly quick, I understand that the holiday season can be exceptionally busy for retailers, which may have caused the delay. All in all, I am pleased with my purchase and would consider shopping with them again, particularly outside peak times.”

“Always good value provided by A Farley and I will continue to purchase quality products from them. My only criticism is that dispatch does take a week or so and then delivery is usually 24hrs from that point. It maybe that they are so popular and are extremely busy but requiring an item within 48 hours may not be available. I had also accumulated some 2000 loyalty points and I could not see a way to redeem them when making an on-line purchase recently.”

“I purchased a handbag from Farley Country Attire. The only issue I had was, o had to chase the postage and it took a longer time to arrive, than advertised. This was a few weeks before Christmas, so I think it was forgotten about. Other than that, I’m happy with the contact I had with them.”

“The Dubarry Kildare Country boots are near perfect. The fit is on the slim side so they can be a bit of a squeeze but I fully expect the leather to give and they become more of a glove on my feet. The quality of the product is outstanding but I have been conditioning the leather regularly the achieve softness and flexibility. These are short boots and having previously worn out a pair of Dubarry tall boots I am fully expecting the same high evel of service and durability.”

“Not the greatest customer service and not the best "next day" delivery from DHL (it took 5 days and was supposed to be Royal Mail,,, as discussed with the customer service department). Overall not too bad. Good selection of products and at a relatively cheap price.”

“The shoes we ordered were beautiful, however they were slightly too big and i had to return them. I contacted customer service to enquire about an exchange and was told that they do not provide this service and i would have to return them and get a refund. I then asked how to do this as i couldnt find the returns section on the site...no response!! I then used the AI chat service to ask the same question again no response. Although the shoes are beautiful, for the money being paid, I would have expected the customer service to be of a high standard. I am now in the process of returning the items but still do not know when i will receive the refund in order to repurchase in the correct size”

“Wanted two pairs of shoes with money of the first pair and discount of second l received the first pair had to ring them about other pair said they were out of stock.money was refunded .but when l looked on website l could still order the out of stock shoes a take on there was no way l was getting the second pair at the discount price to me the decent thing would be when they come in we will send you the second pair but it has been a scam all along”
