Very pleased with shoes and communication was good. However the courier did not knock on the door when he first attempted to deliver hence 4 stars, not 5.

Efficient on line ordering system, with confirmation email. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the 'radio silence' for over a week after placing my order. I had to phone to see what was going on. Would be better to email customers to let them know what was going on.

The buckle we received is very well made but unfortunately we ordered the gold & silver version but we received the silver buckle . We emailed the company but are still awaiting a reply . So hopefully we will get the matter resolved soon

Great to deal with and goods arrived within an acceptable timescale. My only issue was the lack of packaging for a pair of trousers costing almost £150. In fact there was no additional packaging other than the DPD bag which to my mind was unacceptable. The trousers were quite creased.

ARIAT Boots - Womens Terrain H20 Zip Waterproof - Palm Brown. These boots are extremely comfortable. I can wear them for any distance from day 1. I don't get blisters or sore feet and need to wear them in. I can highly recommend them. The only negative I would have is that the front zip is very stiff and has got stuck a couple of times. So I am keeping my fingers crossed that the zips don't cause a problem in the longrun. However, time will tell. From new, they are absolutely fine apart from stiff to do up and undo.

We had a few issues with 2 orders, but Farley realised their mistakes and made amends, which was reassuring and why I intend to return again. Thank you for your perseverance and understanding. What i would say is that the company was badly served by dpd in this matter and serious thought should be given to changing to another...

Easy to order and quickly received. A pity that the free gift (a welly boot bag) was unavailable/sold out as I'm sure the "£10 off your next order" voucher is worth much less than the boot bag!

I have found all items U have bought to be of good quality and a good fit. One of the Barbour polo shirts I bought shrank a little in a it’s first (warm) wash so I won’t wear it as much as I would want to. The website is easy to navigate and provides all the detail I need. The area where improvement can be made most in my view is delivery. From order receipt to receipt of delivery can take 2-3 weeks, which these days is uncompetitively slow. Apart from these two issues I’ve been very happy with all several items I have ordered from A Farley.

I ordered a pair of trousers which arrived very quickly, unfortunately they were the wrong size. I phoned Farley expecting a rather frosty conversation but the person I spoke to was very friendly - helpfully explaining the returns process; I am rather old with zero grasp of technology. Had the order gone without hitch I would not have given it another thought but because of Farleys kindness in dealing with the return I will certainly now look to them next time I need any new clothes.
