“I had to return due to size, but I think there should be free returns for items like this which need to be tried on first.”

“First time I have purchased from company, competitive prices but delivery not as stated. Express delivery 2 to 5 working days, 'you will receive an update upon dispatch. No update after 5 working days so contacted customer service to be told item had just been dispatched ... arrived next day (working day 6). Not a big issue on this occasion but if your dispatch cannot meet your own expectations then let your customers know. Not a delivery issue a dispatch issue ... which is not reflected in options below.”

“I recently purchased an expensive Dubarry coat, the online service was excellent except I could not pay on credit card, after contacting the credit card company it seems A farley system did not have the latest secruity updates ( only CC opion on that), however I still purchased the cost, it arrived when they said it would but given the price I would have expected the coat to be in a box not just a plastic bag. That was disappointing”

“Bought a Harkila gtx jacket, which I am now extremely pleased with. Warm, totally waterproof but lighter and more breathable than the Harkila endure jacket it’s replacing. It initially turned out to be out of stock, For me Farley’s website didn’t make this as clear as they could have when ordering. When it did arrive about a week later I’d ordered a size larger than I needed; I should have gone with my actual chest size, allowances for typical shirt and gilet are already built in. Returns process was relatively painless other than having to re-order rather than exchange. Being out of pocket for an extra £500 whilst waiting for the refund to arrive was not part of my plan. Saving grace was the polite efficient service you get from everyone you speak to in customer service.”

“LE CHAMEAU Vierzonord Boots - Mens Neoprene Lined -nice boots and comfortable out of the box. A rather generous fitting, so don't go up a size. Ordered iconic green but got dark green...luckily didn't mind.”

“Purchased a Harkila coat. Asked for a jacket but a smock was sent. Returned smock but policy is to re-order the exchange item. Re-ordered the jacket but same discount wasn’t applied and an additional £25 was required. Disappointed with this process as smock and jacket are the same price. Eventually used bonus points to bring cost down by £20. I feel the same price should have been honoured particular as I’d asked for a jacket and a smock was sent and sadly I didn’t check the confirmation email. Delivery was also longer than 7 working days.”

“I bought Ariat muck boots which I am generally happy with. Service good, boots are good quality, true to size, fairly wide fitting which is great for me, waterproof. The only issue is that the back of the heel rubs either side of where it is cut-out (to avoid the achilles). As the boots are leather, I am hoping they will soften in time, and I think they will. Surprised nobody had mentioned this in the review I read, which is why I mention it here, but otherwise I am totally happy. Good, robust dog walking boots for the winter.”

“The product range for countrywear is extensive and all from great eminent manufacturers and prices to suit most pockets, bearing in mind the quality offered. Proper, decent countrywear does not come cheap. I placed my first order only I missed the initial discount code as the email went into my spam account. I contacted Emmie in CS and she sorted very quickly. Great customer service. It should be 5 stars, but for the fact that my order didn't arrive for 7 working days, which in this day and age is a lifetime! However in defence of Farley's some of this was due to the courier. Will definitely buy from them again.”

“Lots of selection, however, i got 2-5 day express delivery, but it arrived on the 6th business day. So be prepared that if you need clothes in a rush don’t go here.”
