“Was worried as it was first time using A Farley and it was nearly a week to actually say they been despatched I phoned to make sure nothing was wrong very friendly and reassured me everything was fine, once I got the dpd email saying dispatched was here the next day accurate description of the boots my daughter loves them”

“Bought le chameu wellies & love them, however, i got express 2-5 day delivery, and it arrived on the 6th day. Was quite annoying as was desperately in need of the wellies for work.”

“The shirts I bought are made of good cotton and are well designed and well stitched, however I expected for the name, quality and price to have a better choice of buttons. Since the buttons are so prominent on these classic style shirts, ideally they should be made of mother of pearl, alternatively covered in cloth or made of metal. Simple plastic buttons make the shirts look cheap.”

“Mix up on address between the Paypal account and DPD. Driver missed me twice but the staff at Farley, once notified, stepped up and dealt efficiently with the issue. Contacted DPD and submitted full details giving me full confidence in the company.”

“My Ariat boots look and feel great, delivery was a little slower than I hoped for due to an issue at DPD but good customer service from Farleys though. Will be ordering more from them in the future.”

“good choice of quality clothing. I have deducted one star as delivery of goods is usually very slow and there is never much pre-warning of when the delivery will be. sending an email on the morning of delivery is not much help if you have gone out for the day. Otherwise everything fine with the customer service.”
