My order took nearly 3 weeks to come and was only finally delivered after me phoning twice to see what was going on. Then didn’t receive the free gift that should have come with original order. Since this they have now been in touch and rectified my complaint. Very happy and will be a returning customer.

Product very good as described but unfortunately someone in the warehouse team picked a half size larger than I ordered , I’ve kept them as didn’t seem too bad but I’m starting to have doubts now it’s obviously too late !!

Ok the goods they sell are top quality but their communication is not great Think they were overloaded during Christmas as they did not even answer the phone

The website kept defaulting to a ladies size 3 for the boots instead of a size 7. I thought I had secured a size 7 but order went through as a 3. That being said I got an immediate and positive response to my problem with a very open and common sense approach to replacement after the Christmas rush. This put my mind at ease . Good service, choice and brands. However I missed the opportunity to claim a discount as the offer eluded me due to email timing. It would have been gratifying to have been re- imbursed with the discount I missed.

I know the item will be good quality because I’ve ordered in the past. However I would’ve given 5 stars except delivery has not arrived because courier delivered parcel to post office as requested but then inadvertently took it back to depot. I had to do the running around to arrange for it to be brought back to post office

This review is not about the company, just a comment on Meyer Jeans that have been a favourite for some years. The recent pair of M5 Navy, have dropped the belt buckle hoop which keeps the buckle always in line - why do that, must cost virtually nothing & has been a quality feature. The zip-up pocket which on some pairs of Meyer trousers has been within a pocket is now a separate zip pocket hanging upside down inside the trousers and so you have to undo your belt & jeans and rummage about inside - not very useful unless you are carrying something you really need to hide & not even get at yourself while out? Minor details but not sure that these are steps forward ?

Very nice tie in a box;sending by UPS to the Netherlands is not ideal;lot of paperwork, high fee for the custumns;delivery not in the bespoken time! regards, M.Bury

I had to return my boots and socks as although they were excellent quality, both were far too big for me. I have received a telephone call to say the returned parcel has been received and my account will be credited in the next couple of days. Thank you

I am really pleased with the quality of the products bought. It was a shame that I had to chase the order and then again for the free gift but to be fair Farley's were very responsive in reacting to my concerns.
