“Bought a pair of blue suede dubarry shoes. Love them. Fair pricing, excellent quality. Took a bit longer to deliver than hoped for but quality of product outweighed the slight delay.”

“Good price and product was in perfect condition. Perhaps it’s just our high expectations these days but I dropped a star for the communication about delivery which I ended up chasing… Seems like a good company so no real issue just wanted to give the feedback!”

“No issue with the product but Delivery took 7 days and not the 2-5 working days stated when I placed my order. When I made contact on day 6 I was told the delivery was still within their window even though it wasn’t, and I didn’t get an apology.”

“Your products are amazing quality but if you opt for standard delivery you don’t receive the product within the time suggested on your wet.This has now happened to me twice now which has made me aware of ordering in plenty of time. Would not put me off using this company as communication and products outweigh the negative side”

“I’m revising my review as the response from Emmie and her team regarding missing items from my order has been superb. Unfortunately, there was a system error that allowed an out-of-stock item to be purchased—but that’s technology for you! I was given a full refund for the item, along with a complimentary discount, which I thought was very kind. I will definitely continue shopping with A Farley—that’s for sure.”

“I ordered a pair of boots with standard delivery but unfortunately had to return them as too small even though I ordered a size up! Refund is on its way would recommend going an extra size up as the boots are very narrow. Unfortunately on this occasion I didnt have time to wait as I wanted them for last weekend”
