“Great product reasonable price. Only down side I waited over 2 weeks for my item to be delivered, appreciate it was the run up to Christmas. when I ordered it stated 5/6 days delivery this was on the 16/12 and received 31/12.”

“Disappointed that the wrong order was sent out to me so near to Xmas. However after one phone call to customer services this was immediately sorted and new boots sent out in time for Xmas delivery.”

“Lovely boots and a free Welly bag to keep them in. Ordered at a busy time before Christmas and an error was made on my order although this was quickly rectified after Christmas and am pleased with the result, well done on your customer service.”

“Shopped for a particualr item online and the websiite and the ChatBot indiated a particular price. Once checking out, the price went up!? This dropped my potential score to 2*!. Went into the shop and they were sympathetic but ultimatley unable to assist (they're now still a 2 or 3*) other than to call their customer serivce. Whoever I spoke to in the office in the business park was lovely and very helpful and got the item to the shop within just a few minutes and was able to shave something off the price. This shot them up to 4*. If only I'd been able to but the itme at the advertised price, it would have been 5*.”

“The item delivered looks nothing like the picture it was screwed up In a plastic bag. As it’s a shirt it’s all crumpled up. No packaging just a small few delivery bag. Considering the shirt was over £80 I would have expected a bit more. After leaving the review a customer service representative kindly offered a gesture of goodwill part refund. Thank you very much!”

“Delivered very quickly when it arrived back in stock. Could probably do with providing a bit more information regarding the status of the parcel, as it was unclear when it was going to arrive. Very helpful when I gave them a ring to check on delivery.”

“Did have an issue with my first delivery, however they sorted out the issue quickly. Found the size I brought was incorrect contacted them and sorted a swap delivery came next day. Return was so easy well recommended thank you”
