I paid extra for a 6 business day delivery and my boots still haven’t arrived. It’s now day 11. I’ve tried emailing customer services and haven’t had a response apart from an invitation to write a review. So here it is.

La livraison ne correspond pas à la commande. Je commande 44,5 et Les chaussures sont de pointure 42 livrées dans une boîte 44,5 . J ai payé 17euros de frais de taxes pour ça ??? J espère être vite dédommagé et recevoir la bonne pointure dans la bonne boîte . Isnt it? Kindly regards

Order still not received. Was told it would be delivered between 5 to 7 days. Then when I asked where order was. They said it was out of stock. Now item says delivered. But as on cheaking the order is now on way back to u.

Thank you for your review. We can see our customer service team has been in contact in regards to your order. Having looked into your order we can see you were advised there would be a slight delay as we were awaiting a restocking delivery. As soon as the restocking delivery arrived your order was dispatched on an express next working day delivery, but for some reason DPD then returned the parcel to us, and it arrived back in the building today. As advised by our customer service advisor Emmie, your order was sent straight back out on a next working day delivery service to be with you tomorrow. I ordered some boots back at the end of August. Quite soon afterwards you wrote to me to say that they were out of stock and would take 3 or 4 weeks to arrive. At the time you gave me the opportunity to cancel my order which I did asking for a refund. I did not hear anything back so emailed again, in fact, I have emailed 3 times using different addresses, I have tried to call but no one answers. Finally, I contacted my bank and have asked them to get involved . Even this week when you told me the boots would be delivered I emailed again and still no one replied. Now I have a pair of boots I don't want and need to return them to get a refund. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I will never buy from you again and will not recommend you to anyone I know. Chris Bouttle

You sent me damaged shoes and then made me wait and wait and wait for a refund. Utterly dire customer service.

I bought a pair of Ariat clog shoes, took two weeks to arrive, They were faulty, I had to print off a returns label, drive to a post office and send them back.. Farley's then sent me another pair, took a while to arrive, had exact same fault so I had to repeat same returns procedure and wait weeks for refund. Sorry won't be shopping with Farley's again.

Boots took 10 days to arrive despite stating I could get them next day delivery. I get the impression they don’t have a lot of stock and just order certain stock as orders come in. Also had to pay to return the boots as they don’t do prepaid returns. And still waiting for my refund.

I ordered a pair of boots with a faulty buckle and I was told the popper did not do up. I’m fact the popper didn’t undo so the zip could not be used. I then had to pay to return them which I was not happy about. I won’t be ordering from you again.

It's three and a half weeks since I ordered and still haven't received it. Called them after one week and had to wait 30 minutes before getting through. They ensured it would be shipped right away. It didn't happen. It took another week before it was shipped. Then they provided me with a tracking number that didn't work. At least they could have refunded the shipping cost or sent it express. They only answer every third e-mail. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Will never ever order from them again. Stay clear!

Parcelforce have advised us they are awaiting custom clearance. Our customer service manager Holly has tried to contact number you via the number provided on your account but unfortunately your mobile phone provided advised calls to this number are not being accepted. For this reason, Holly has also contacted you via email with detailed information in regards to your tracking and customs clearance and how to get this cleared. I purchased a pair of RM Williams boots. Despite the boots showing “in stock” and receiving advice that I would receive the boots within 6 days I heard nothing until I called up on day 7. I was then told A Farley was waiting for the boots to “come in”. The boots were dispatched with Next Day service and received on Day 10. A simple, honest communication at the start of the order process could have prevented such a negative shopping experience with A Farley. I also don’t understand why telephone enquiries can’t be handled on the weekend.

I was really disappointed with the service. My shoes arrive and were too big. I wanted to exchange them so I called the customer service number on three separate occasions and for 20-15 minute each time. On two occasions I was disconnected and one occasion I gave up as I had an appointment to go to. I will never shop again at this store.

The delivery took 10 days. My order included payment for 24 hour delivery which was one of the reasons I ordered them as I needed the boots for a trip the following weekend. I was contacted to say 24 hour delivery was no longer possible but I would get the boots within normal delivery ie 3-5 days. The boots finally arrived 10 days late. Communication was poor and I had to call and email for updates

Whilst we usually receive restocking deliveries every 3 working days this delivery was unfortunately delayed from the supplier due to being in peak period. Not very impressed. Quite disappointed with my shoes. They looked like they’d already been worn by someone else. I understand they were 50% off but I won’t be interested in your website again. Would have sent back but nothing else was appealing. Shame.

I ordered, and paid for a pair of boots. A pair of trousers arrived on my doorstep. I was then told that the boots would be out of stock for another 6 weeks so I cancelled the order, hoping for a refund.

Unforunetly when you placed the order a message was sent advising there was a 2 - 3 week wait on the item due to a delayed restocking delivery. We can see this was delayed even further, for another 3 weeks which you were advised when you unforunetly received the wrong trousers ( dispatch error on our part). Unforunetly restocking deliveries are out of our control and we can only advise customers on what we are advised from the brand themselves. We can confrim your order has already been cancelled and a refund issued into your account as requested. Sorry once again for any inconvenience this may have caused. I wish I had read customer reviews of this company and their online ordering system. Delivery is surprisingly slow, although this is made clear that a period of 6 working days will elapse - the 2 pairs of boots eventually turned up. I need to return them but as the prepaid DPD returns label was not included in the consignment as stated on the web site I have spent nearly a week attempting to make contact with these people with no avail. Telephone is unanswered despite the calls being made in business hours kept. Emails are unanswered. 2 phone numbers - neither answered and automatically disconnect after a period of waiting. I can only say that anyone considering online purchase from these traders think extremely carefully before doing so. Trust Pilot Reviews give this exact scenario left by other customers. I fear that the only course of action that will be open to me is to invoke procedures from The Sale of Goods Act which determine very clearly the legal requirements of online trading relating to online returns. The Company web site does not give any indication that their premises are closed for holidays or due to sickness

Bought a pair of shoes online, stated that delivery would be 2-5 working days - ordered on a Friday so knew it would be from the Monday 2-3 working days. Didn’t receive my order for 10 days and then got my order, wrong size came but didn’t receive a return slip to return them and when emailing the company I got a rude reply about my order update and then no reply when emailing after. Will not be shopping here again
