Customer service is Poor. Items ordered were out of stock but I wasn’t informed until 4 days after placing the order. They said they emailed but they hadn’t. Cancelled out of stock item and ordered from another website and received next day. Had to wait a further 4 days for the remainder of my order from A Farley. And the ‘out of stock’ boots are still showing online as available!

Sadly the shirt that I ordered, wasn’t the one that was delivered. On the plus side I was able to send this shirt back free of charge. I’m now waiting to see if the right one now gets delivered!

Overall, the shopping experience was 1st class. The staff in both the shop and head office are knowledgeable about their products and were helpful with my initial questions and with the final purchase. The item was delivered on time, and matched the description and fit. I will shop with the sellers again and recommend them

Really slow delivery. Over and above that which was expected and stated. Days overdue. Additionally, I needed to return an item and the process was expensive and payment unnecessarily delayed. I could see when they received the item bit they didn't confirm it for days and then said refund are an additional 10 working days. None of these things make me believe the business is ina good place at the moment.

Delivery was quick but the returns service is not good. No automation as described, return sat in pending for 2 days, plus you get charged nearly £9.00 to return.

Highly delighted with my recent purchase of Barker Shoes.The shoes were out of stock at both Farley and Barkers but I was kept informed of the situation along the way. My one disappointment was with the delivery by DPD who left it at a pick up point over three miles from my home.
