“Freya in customer service was absolutely fabulous in dealing with our query which was a mistake entirely of our making at our end when ordering online. She responded very quickly with a totally "can do" attitude and the issue was resolved incredibly swiftly and easily. “The products are great however dispatching goods is frustrating as it takes a long time to receive the goods and the products aren’t cheap. One one occasion they totally forgot to dispatch my goods and I had to make contact - there was an apology and strangely enough the parcel arrived next day. Why can this be the case for all purchases.”
