I placed an order on 2nd February with a 2-5 day delivery. It finally arrived on 13th Feb and was returned via DPD within the hour. Its now 27th February and despite numerous emails requesting the outstanding money I still haven't received it. Its over £130.00. If you want your goods on time or your money back within a reasonable time, I strongly suggest you look for alternative purchasing options. The only correspondence I have had is with a Chatbot.

The website is clear and easy to access. The product I wanted, Le Chameau size 10.5 wellies, was in stock whereas on other sites I looked at it was 'out of stock', and they arrived 3 days later. What is not to like about that service? I am a very happy customer.

Have ordered from A Farley a few times. Always prompt delivery and always great quality items. This ordered was delayed for whatever reason? Spoke to Livvy in customer service and was only too helpful. Recieved orderd within a few days. Unfortunately a few hours late to the event that I needed the item for but Livvy was great in helping. Will I order from A Farley again? 100% yes. Thank you.

Ordered an item on the 12th of February with 3-5working day delivery. Chased item up as hadn't had a dispatch notice. Had to chase it again in the 20th to which I got a response there has been warehouse issues ( no notification of this until I reached out) to which my item was soon dispatched and arrived the next day. They refunded my postage costs. After further reading online this seems to be a common issue with this shop.

I loved this jacket. It keep me dry in all weathers and i couldn't fault it until there was an issue with the zip. I contacted A Farley explaining ny problem who sorted a replacement for me. I can not be more impressed with A Farley and Seeland for the service received. Excemplerlary.

Really nice staff, my item was out of stock rang me straight away to apologise offered a refund or wait for a restock. Emails answered quickly, genuinely a decent ran company and nice staff. Very rare these days.

Slow refund - can't speak to customer service, just a dumb chatbot. Still waiting 18 days after receiving confirmation that my returned parcel had arrived. Chargeback with credit card company next......

Customer service have been absolutely fab helping rectify an issue with a faulty wellington boot! The process was incredibly simple and the issue was resolved swiftly. Freya in particular was very helpful. I will certainly continue using A Farley, knowing that if I encounter any issues they will do their upmost to help have them resolved.

Always excellent service and customer care. I recently purchased a pair of trousers which i had to return due to fit and the process couldn't have been simpler. A genuine loyalty programme which rewards you and is easy to redeem. My wife and I are always on country walks and this company has it all. I've been using them for the past 5 years and will continue to do so. I don't usually leave feedback but in the case it is well deserved. Thanks to Freya.

This one star is for the returns service! I bought the original crispi highland boots, no issues with the product. I returned them because they were not going to be suitable for my needs. I was able to purchase the upgrade to these boots at another shop, where I was able to try them on along with another boot. So I arranged immediately a returns process following AFarley process, they took £7.45 off the amount to be returned. I got confirmation (09/02/26)that they had received them back and that it could be up to 10 working days for the money to be returned to my account. Yesterday was the 10 days, I went to contact Farleys today, no option to phone them it’s chat or email. I did chat expecting to speak to human but get AI. I don’t want to speak to AI which goes through aspects of your chat, AI will not let you speak to anyone. Although I have now received an email saying the refund has been processed, I’m still expected to wait a couple of days more for the actual money. This has totally put me off using this company for any form of clothing ever again. There is no reason for such a delay on returning peoples money, they use the reasons as “peak season” The company need to supply phone number so you can actually speak to a human person and not AI, like last year when I had a query and sorted immediately by a human on the phone.
