“Proper old fashioned customer service. I had a problem with my card provider accepting the company, Livvy in customer service proactively contacted me to advise that my card provider always blocked payment to them but offered a range of alternatives one of which I used. Item was received ahead of estimate, well packaged and perfect. It was nice to deal with a business that has this level of customer care. Thank you Livvy!”

“I was pleased with the range of quality items available via the website. I ordered a pair of Harkila waterproof trousers, which are amazing quality. The trousers were fully tested in a recent downpour and a howling wind.They didn’t let me down. I will return to A Farley next time need more quality outdoor gear.”

“Customer services absolutely brilliant. I was a little disappointed with the length of delivery just over a week and 1 day for standard delivery. If I had of known that I would have purchased on Amazon as they could have delivered in 2days for the same cost. All in all, happy.”
