“I ordered a pair of boots with standard delivery but unfortunately had to return them as too small even though I ordered a size up! Refund is on its way would recommend going an extra size up as the boots are very narrow. Unfortunately on this occasion I didnt have time to wait as I wanted them for last weekend”

“Unbelievable service from this company.. something one doesn’t receive from anywhere anymore!!! Due to my unreliable internet I made a mistake on my order which meant the birthday present I needed by a certain date (my mothers 85 birthday) wouldn’t get to me on time.. so in a desperate attempt to rectify I emailed, not expecting to (A) get a reply or (B) get a resolution.. however my email was answered in minutes!! I mean a couple of minutes!! And by a human, a lovely, understanding human!! And guess what it was a positive response and the problem was resolved.. now in my world that’s a reason to shop again and again at this fabulous establishment. ☺️ Thankyou for your amazing help”

“Order Number 222805 placed and confirmd by you on Monday 23 February, and then complete silence until I contacted you on Wednesday 4 March and pointed out that the 4-7 days free delivery timescale had expired. To a casual observer it might look as though you had mislaid the order... Full marks for promptly finding it again, and the flurry of emails that followed, but next time I'll be ordering from a supplier who doesn't have me anxiously checking my phone dozens of times for progress information, and waiting seven days plus a weekend for the goods to arrive, only after chasing up the order. Or a shop, even, if I can find one. How easy it was to just call into Mr French's in Stratford upon Avon (now an ice cream parlour) and walk out of the store with the trousers a few minutes later. This tedious, time-consuming and remote online ordering is progress, is it?”

“A good reputable company. Being a new customer i find the website is easy to use. I like the fast response to my email queries if i need to know anything. I particularly like the loyalty scheme/club to get money off future purchases along with the 10% Multi-buy discount. I shall be buying regularly. I'm glad i found the company online. Happy days”
