“This is the second order I have placed with you for the same jean.The first pairs were very much darker than in the second order. I have put older darker on left of picture.The new pair is on the right and you can clearly see the difference.Both pairs have identical manufacturers numbers and labels. Im not happy with the time it took for the order to arrive either. Please can you e mail me with an explination number and what options there are?.Can you tell me whatve mail address i can send photo to?. Regards John”

“I ordered two pairs of chinos - both the same size re waist and leg length. Two different sizes arrived with one pair having a longer leg length. As it happens , I will be having them tailored to fit my requirements, so I have kept both pairs. It does seem a bit sloppy to have this happen though.”

“Ordered Meyer shorts to replace ones of the same product code that had worn through after quite a lot of use. Shorts were delivered one day later. Style has changed slightly - nicely cut and good quality as always from Meyer. Material is thinner than other Meyer Palma B shorts I own so hope they last as well. Material is soft cotton - nice to the skin.”

“Great range and great product but I needed the shoes asap and unfortunately next day delivery was not an option. This was not made very clear until the time of checking out. Also helpline hours not as stated on your website”

“The trousers I ordered arrived reasonably promptly. However although the same size as others I had bought from you made by BRUHL, they are a very small fit. I called to discuss this, but received no support. To return the package is not inexpensive. This is not the service I expect, having been a regular customer.”

“Terrible returns process. I purchased over £250 worth of boots but still have to pay £7.95 to return via DPD. I purchased return label online but still haven't received it. I then have to print out the label myself - I don't own a printer! Following that, I need to make a 30 mile round trip to the nearest DPD drop-off point By the nature of the products you sell, I would think that most of your customers will live rurally. Therefore, would it not make more sense to use Royal Mail for pre-paid labels so that customers can make returns at their local post office?”
