“This is an excellent Company selling a wide range of top quality goods. I have dealt with them for several years now and they have always been brilliant. The ordering process is straight forwarded and if there is an issue they will always contact you to resolve it. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. Delivery is always quick and the goods are presented very well. I have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“A lovely company to deal with. The ladies on the phone are terrific and make you feel a special customer. Phones are answered promptly which is great. One slight moan, the refunds could be processed more quickly and it would be nice if Farley would acknowledge that the return has been received. Otherwise 5 stars.”

“I ordered the Dubarry trinity welly socks in Navy and Olive and I love them.They are perfect for my new wellies and the thick cuff around the top stops the cold from getting in.I think that the full price is expensive, but was lucky to get them for half price.I read reviews about items taking a long time to arrive.I placed my order late on a Tuesday afternoon and recieved my socks at 10 am Thursday morning.I give this review 10/10”

“Avoid. First, order confirmation said: "we're getting your order ready to be shipped". No they weren't. Wasn't shipped until 8 days later. Second, returned order which per tracking was received 14 days ago and yet still no refund.”

Thank you for your review and for placing an order with A Farley Country Attire. Our customer service manager Holly has tried to contact you and has left you a voicemail message to call her back. We have had a look into your order and can see your order was on the 5 - 7 working day time frame. We have tracked this with DPD and can see your order was received on the 7th working day. We advise returns can take up to 14 working days. We have tracked your return which was received on 10th November which makes November 30th the last working day for the return to be received back into your account. However on this occasion we have fast tracked this for you and you would have received an email notification of this. I hope this helps. “I purchased Bruehl jeans in person from a Lincolnshire retail outlet several years ago and was unable to obtain a new pair at the same outlet as they did not have my waist size/leg length. Fortunately, I found your website following an internet search and you were able to meet my specification and it was a bonus to find that they were on sale at a substantial saving. Your website was easy to navigate and the jeans were delivered shortly after ordering to my complete satisfaction very quickly by DPD to their agreed schedule.”

“Is OK not best customer experience. Didn't make the 2-3 day delivery stated on the website, came after calls, email, and 7 days. Did get a 10% refund only to find this was being given to all for Black Friday by the time the package arrived... So not really in the spirit of making things right imo, but subjective I appreciate.”
