“I recently ordered a polo shirt as a birthday gift which was out of stock, although the order went through online I was not aware the item was out of stock, I cannot fault the customer service provided over the phone they arranged for my delivery as soon as the item was back in stock as a priority.”

“The product range for countrywear is extensive and all from great eminent manufacturers and prices to suit most pockets, bearing in mind the quality offered. Proper, decent countrywear does not come cheap. I placed my first order only I missed the initial discount code as the email went into my spam account. I contacted Emmie in CS and she sorted very quickly. Great customer service. It should be 5 stars, but for the fact that my order didn't arrive for 7 working days, which in this day and age is a lifetime! However in defence of Farley's some of this was due to the courier. Will definitely buy from them again.”

“Extraordinarily slow turnaround on our first A Farley order (Meyer jeans) - took 2 weeks and despite chasing they still didn't arrive as indicted - we were told that dpd didn't pick up. Very disappointing.”

“One of our go to online suppliers for our shooting and country clothing. Always have new ranges in stock, Seeland is one of our prefered brands, and stock a lot of their items. Great customer service and prompt delivery plus they have reward points to collect when you purchase to collect money off coupons!”

“Lots of selection, however, i got 2-5 day express delivery, but it arrived on the 6th business day. So be prepared that if you need clothes in a rush don’t go here.”

“Product was easy to order and arrived within the time frame stated. Sadly item does not fit and need to return but came without a invoice or returns form so am waiting ona response to enable me to do this. Also product was meant to come with a free gift which didn't arrive which was disappointing.”
