“Product purchased was just what I was looking for but their delivery needs improvement ordered 3rd Received 15th that was a "4 to 7 working day" in this day and age too long can get every bit good quality From other suppliers therefore I would think twice in ordering from this company again”

“Unfortunately my experience was fairly terrible. I purchased a Yeti cooler for my father's 70th birthday using the "Shopc app that I was directed too. I bought it around 7 days prior to the date, I also got DPD Express 2 -5 day delivery included. After a couple of days of checking the app and seeing no progress I contacted Farley for an update as the date of a birthday cannot be changed. I was told that it was still on purse for the original delivery day. However the original delivery date came and went. I contacted them again then was told there was a stock issue but it should be with me before the end of the week and I was given a £10 refund which I thought at tbe time was a nice gesture. The end of the week came and went and still no delivery, I emailed them, i did get a fairly prompt reply and an additional £20 refund, however i did ask for a Manager to reply to me with an explaination of why it was so heavily delayed......... i am still waiting on a reply. All in all the delivery took around 2 weeks, in which time my Father's 70th birthday had also come and gone without his gift. Sad to say that I will not be using this company again. Happy for Farley to contact me to try and turn this experience around. *Update* Since this review the customer service department has been working hard to try and resolve the issue. The resolution has been satisfactory hence 3 stars as opposed to 1. The stars are for the customer services personnel who have been great.”

“The product is ok depending of the brand but the delivery service below any standard on their site the product is on stock but after 10 days of waiting for delivery they email you and say we build up the stock now sorry for this we speak about £ 200 is a big scam this company, my opinion never again guys also I ordered 9.5 Ariat safety Chelsea boots and I got 9 so disappointed 100% is not about money is about your customer service RUBBISH!!!”
