“Item fine communication very poor delivery very slow”

“Love my new Ariat rubber boots - so comfortable and look great. However service was slow - ordered on the free 2-5 day postage and they arrived over a week after I ordered them. I even chased them up after 5 days of placing my order as the status on the website still stated ‘order pending’ and I was told that they would be despatched that day.”

“This is my go to company for quality goods at a competitive price, even before I use my loyalty points. The website is very easy to navigate as is making a purchase. The goods are quickly dispatched. I’ve only ever had to use customers services once and they were outstanding. Can’t recommend A Farley’s enough.”

“I wasn’t very happy with the way the item arrived it wasn’t in a separate bag very creased up and not folded when put in the packaging I even doubled checked it to see if it was a new item”

“The quality of these Ariat boots says it all. Great quality leather, these are going to last a long time. Fairly comfy straight away but once I break these in, I know I will be living in them!”

“Great website & good customer service. I ordered some ARIAT boots with a 2-5 working day delivery. Day 4 arrived and I had heard nothing about dispatch so I emailed for an update. I received a prompt response about being busy etc etc but was pleased when my boots arrived on day 5 by paid parcel post. So, all good - I just hope that A Farley can upgrade their dispatching process.”
