“Website relatively straightforward to use. Products arrived quickly and well packaged. Only negative I can say is that due to being Channel Islands based, despite reaching the threshold for free shipping, I was instead charged £20 for postage - significantly increasing my overall expense. Tracked postage with Royal Mail actually works out cheaper than within mainland UK and this was explained to customer service before the shipment was made so it was disappointing that they stuck with the option that was so much more expensive for me. Unfortunately this would be enough to make me seek out other suppliers for future purchases.”

Totally understand and we apologise, we just aren't set up to use Royal Mail but it is something our Operations Manager is looking in to. We stopped using them due to prices being too high and lack of reliability around tracking, but for Channel Islands it seems they could be a good solution.

“I purchase a Bambu Lab A1 Combo from Additive X after purchasing a A1 Mini Combo directly from Bambu Lab. The machine was faulty and their after sales were absolutely abysmal. I needed to replace the printer asap as this was a birthday present off his Dad. After seeing the amazing reviews for the team, particularly regarding after sales issues, I reached out to them prior to purchasing. They completely reassured me that I was in safe hands and I purchased straight away. The printer arrived the following day, and (so far) - we have had no issues what so ever. Bambu Lab, on the other hand have still not rufunded us for the returned faulty printer. Would highly reccommend Additive X to anyone and would definately advise anyone looking and considering buying direct not to do so and use this fantastic company instead.”

“They have a Telephone No. so you can actually talk to a human as apposed to talking with an AI. chat session and they know there business , answered all my questions and put me at ease. Ordered a Bambu P2S combi about midday Monday and it arrived before 10am Tuesday. Great company and i will be using them again.”

“I selected Additive-X for my filament purchases for my work based 3D printed parts and prototypes, after many years of sourcing from numerous suppliers. In as far as they stock the materials I need, I will try to use Additive-X. My plan is develop a rapport / working relationship with a 3D Printing company that can accompany the journey I am on in 3D Printing. They seem to offer the whole package - a 3D Printing bureau service, 3D Printers, materials and equipment. In theory I am thinking they could 3D print the parts in the material you need as a 3D Print Bureau, perhaps even with the machine your are thinking of buying, to validate the machine and the material before buying the machine and materials yourself. I think our / my next machine will be the Bambulab H2S or even maybe the H2C. I like the idea of having accessible local experts who I can talk to, rather than being left with only a Chinese call centre, youtube and internet forums. It's early days in my dealings with them and time will tell if Additive-X Ltd prove to be the company I hope they will be, but the signs are positive so far.”

“Ordered a H2D engineering bundle with them, showed up next day perfectly packaged. Had a slight issue with the AMS 2 pro but they responded quickly and after 3 hours from the initial email showing the problem on the screen and a new part has been sent out. Fantasitc customer service.”
