“Very quick service, everything well packed. The reason I knocked one star off is I wasn’t given the cheaper option of standard delivery for some reason making delivery costs a bit steep.”

Thanks for your review and glad you like our service. We only have one standard delivery option at £7.80 which has been set due to our courier and packaging costs or free on orders over £100.

“Excellent company to deal with. I was considering ordering my Bambu P1S direct from Bambu, but had read some horror stories online about LONG delivery times. I found Additive-X on a Google search and they seemed exactly what I was looking for. Not only did the printer come the next day, but they also sent me an email full of useful links to get started with my printer. In addition to the printer, I ordered a few spools of filament, one of which wasn't in stock but was listed as "Available to Order". After a couple of weeks they emailed me to say that they were still waiting for stock, and that I was fine to keep waiting, but offering to switch the order to another kind if I'd prefer. Great customer service, would recommend, and will be using again.”

“I ordered some rolls of printer filerment and one was damaged. I contacted them and they sent me a replacement which arrived next day. They were very helpful and a treat to deal with. Excellent company to deal with.”

“I hadn't heard of these guys before but I was in the market for a new 3D Printer and I really wanted it that day. Not many places stock it, and the only place relatively local didn't have it in stock. So this was my only option in the moment. It was a fair trek away and I ended up travelling 90 minutes to get there. All country roads and pretty nice areas, so no problem! As I'm about to arrive, I receive a call from their Customer Support confirming that I was picking it up that day - confirmed I was 5 minutes away and she advised she would make the warehouse aware. Phone manner impeccable and very friendly. I get there and the printer is not ready - which is fine, it was only a few minutes from the call. A member of their staff came out when we pressed the bell/buzzer on the desk and we waited for the printer to be brought out. The member of staff (who's name I did not get but is in the company's profile pic - sorry!) asked if we'd like a tour of their manufacturing side. We were taken around their various printers, and had a chat about what they make and what tech is out, really cool and interesting. Again, very friendly. By the time we were done looking around, the printer was ready. As for the machine, well packaged and worked perfectly out the box P1S. Coming from a really old Ender3 this is like magic to me! I'm having a blast with 3D Printing again. Overall happy with Additive-X as a company and shopping experience. Thank you!”

“Great company. Ordered new printer from them and some wrong filiment by mistake. However. They offered to send the correct filiment next day. WOW. Customer service is Nulli Secundus More than happy to order from these guys again 👍”

“Rang customer support twice before placing my first order - super knowledgable, helpful and friendly. “This was my first purchase of a 3d printer so naturally I had a million questions. A young lady called Beth was really accommodating, honest and transparent throughout, they didn't pressure to upscale the order but offered solutions throughout. Then I went to collect my order on Xmas eve and was greeted by two staff. They asked my son who the printer was for lots of questions about his plans and even showed him prints which they had completed and offered him a tour to show him what he could achieve. He loved it and it's only inspired him more. So thank you for the patience, excellent communication and service.”

“Had never heard of Additive-X until recently, but now I don't think I'll ever use anyone else! Was looking to purchase a Bambu P1S as a Christmas treat, admittedly very late in December, so wasn't expecting to receive it before the big day (as much as I was hoping). Found the printer from a UK competitor who I'd spoken to at the recent SMRRF event in Manchester, but whilst the next day delivery (if ordered before 12pm) price wasn't terrible, the printer combo was out of stock anyway and I was sad to say the least. Bit of shopping around though and I found Additive-X, with the same printer both in stock and with next day delivery (if ordered before 4:45pm!!) for half the delivery price. Took what I thought was a risk and ordered the printer, and was pleasantly surprised to receive a DPD advance shipping notice via email in no time at all, followed by confirmation that they had the parcel, and it was on its way. Printer was delivered by 11am the day after, setup by lunch time, and printing an hour after that - no issues whatsoever! Colour me impressed, Additive-X! Cheaper than the competitor for more flexible delivery, and you 100% nailed it. I will absolutely be ordering from you again (when I inevitably decide that 1 AMS unit just isn't enough!!)”

“Fantastic service and communication. Ordered AMS unit on 20th Dec late at night. I arrived on the Tuesday. I was not expecting until after Christmas. Item was also really well packaged. Have spoken to customers services in the past and they're great. Highly recommend this company.”
