“Usually very good but their website incorrectly marked FormLabs resin as “In Stock” to only find out it actually wasn’t and by the time I found out it was too late to get next day delivery anywhere else. Cost me a day in productivity. These things happen but when I mentioned it still said “In Stock” on the website even after my issues I didn’t even get an apology or thanks for letting us know…. we are sorting it etc. No explanation whatsoever which I found poor.”

“Couldn't ask for more! Ordered a Bambu A1 combo at 3pm. Within half an hour, I had DPD confirmation email. Before 8am today, the printer was delivered. This was all without paying any extra over FREE standard delivery. Within 24 hours from ordering, I've completed four prints. On top of that, it was cheaper than buying from Bambu direct (20p is 20p and they have delivery fees!!!). Can't see any reason anybody would not buy from Additive-X. Top stuff.”

“hi i think your service is great thank you for being a fast affecint set up for delivery of goods just one thing i bought the a1 with ams lite it works ok but i still cant up grade soft were its been like that since i bought it from you it was the second hand verson other than that it is ok yours mr.andre loyer .”
