“They had the printer I needed in stock. Seeing as I wasn’t too far away, I thought it safer to collect it myself rather than risk it banging around in the back of a white van. On arrival the printer was sat waiting for me and a chap gave me a lift into the back of the car as the printer was extremely heavy. Seem to be a good company with what looked like a lot of stock from what I could see in the warehouse. Excellent, but a brew would have been nice.”

“The reason for 4 stars is because of the horrendous postage cost for just a small order that gets put through the letterbox. I fully understand the cost when purchasing a printer, but why for small stuff?”

Hi David, Sorry about the carrier charge on a small order, we really do need it so we don't lose money! We pay a standard per box rate up to 30kg with the carriers, plus fuel surcharge, plus any packaging costs. Hopefully you can forgive us!
