“Thank you for the speedy and safe delivery of my 3d printer. I have saved for such a long time to buy one so I really appreciated the care to packing it and safe delivery. It was shipped so fast with the filament as well. I also received email with help and support before I got the printer. I am over the moon and enjoying my new hobby and learning new things. “I am new to 3D printing and knew nothing about the process. I fortunately contacted Additive - X from an internet search. After speaking to Tammy and at least two other people there I found them to be one of the most friendly and helpful companies I have ever dealt with. I have not even received the printer I ordered yet but felt that I had to write this review after having such a pleasant introduction to them. Will certainly be buying everything I need in future from them. Business how it should be done.”

“Rangbup late in the day asking if they had a certain part gor my 3D Printer. The young lady who I spoke to was more than helpful, she found the part, I paid for it there and then, she confirmed it was packed and the bext day it was with me. A1 customer service, will be now my main go to place for spares.”

“Realised after ordering filament that the cheapest delivery charge is for next working day, ordered over the Easter bank holiday weekend on a Saturday should have received delivery on the Wednesday next working day to the Tuesday received delivery on the Thursday. £6.80 plus VAT is not cheap especially when they do not adhere to their next working day delivery.”

“Have done business with them 3 times now and have been amazing on all 3 occasions. I have purchase 2 printers on separate occasions and both literally arrived prior to lunch the very next day. Even though one was purchased at 4pm, you can't do better than that. On the 3rd occasion I reached out to them via chat and was also a great experience (I forget the young ladies name) but she helped instantly, knew her stuff and when I was cheeky and asked for a discount code (Sadly not able to provide but not her fault) she empathised and said she'dve done the same. Fair play for honesty. In the words of Arnie, I'll be back”
