Hi Denis, Sorry you didnt find our website clear, all our Bambu filament descriptions say either "Refill" or "With Spool" If you haven't opened the filaments you can contact us and return them for replacements or a refund?

“Disappointed - found you guys and I’ve been please with the service and stock availability. As I’ve spent a bit of money I asked via live chat if there were any promotions or discount codes. Was offered free delivery but I was getting that anyway due to order value but was told they don’t do discount codes I accepted it and looked through my order, at the payment part there was a section to apply discount code. So I question this again via live chat and asked, if they don’t do discounts why is that on the website. I was told it was an error and will be removed. Surprisingly it’s still there. If promotions and discounts are not an option, let people know and remove that option, if they are but you don’t want to offer, then simply justify your position.”

Hi Lee, sorry to disappoint you on the discount codes! The team are absolutely correct, we have only used it for what I would call a "voucher" code when a customer has returned something and wants a code to save money on their next purchase rather than a refund. I've asked the web team if the name can be changed because it is misleading, however one day we might start doing discount codes, just not right now!

“Items arrived eventually, it took that long I forgot I even ordered it. All I ordered was a PTFE adapter and spare cable. I ordered the same things off ali express about 3 days later and they came within 8 days.. probably won't use this site again but there wasn't any issues with the order..thanks”

“Additive X themselves as always are faultless Their decision to change delivery partner however gave me the worst experience. First day the company couldn't be bother to deliver it and said they had tried - I was home all day Second day they left it outside the main flat block doors by the road and said the delivery was "signed for"... Not what you want when you're ordering £140 worth of resin...”

Hi Dave, Sorry you were having issues with your 3D Printer. As you know it turned out you were incorrectly informed by Formlabs, the date on the resin was the manufacture date, not the expiry date. I believe Formlabs should have been in touch with you to inform you of this. Hopefully you'll be up and running soon. We are doing everything we can to ensure that is the case. Kind Regards, David
