“After many years buying my machines from technology outlet they let me down and offered a poor service. Website was down, wouldn't take an order over the phone and weren't bothered when I said I would need to look elsewhere if they couldn't help somehow. Not only were additive x cheaper buy a few quid for a new machine, they shipped it free, and took my order over the phone (something other firm refused to do) I was dealt with by a lady named Tammy who is highly recommend. Great attitude and really helpful. I'll be buying all subsequent machines from additive X going forward now based upon the service I received.”

“Usually very good but their website incorrectly marked FormLabs resin as “In Stock” to only find out it actually wasn’t and by the time I found out it was too late to get next day delivery anywhere else. Cost me a day in productivity. These things happen but when I mentioned it still said “In Stock” on the website even after my issues I didn’t even get an apology or thanks for letting us know…. we are sorting it etc. No explanation whatsoever which I found poor.”
