“Excellent service. Got in touch through live chat to check the Bambu lab P2s pro was in stock, once confirmed I ordered late Monday night and I received it Wednesday. I am really pleased with it and found it so easy to setup and use. Additive-X is definitely top of my list and will order more items from them if and when I need them.”

“I found Additive X by accident, i didnt realize you could buy Bambu Lab products other than from Bambu Labs directly. one of the good things about Additive is that you can get help and advise in person either on the phone or by visiting them. I recently purchased a new H2D from them, I was able to visit them and see the printers in the flesh and speak to someone about the difference between the different models. another good thing is that they offer next day delivery on Printers, filament and spare parts. they also offer a collection service , so if you are really desperate for something you can order it and (prviding it is in stock) pick it up the same day. You can even make a day out of it, because of their location in Ripon in the Yorkshire Dales or North Yorkshire Moors. I cant reccomend this company egnough.”

“Simply awesome. I used Live Chat first to see how quickly they would respond, basically instantly so I placed an order. I fetched a new 3D printer the next day, they even helped me load it. Great company to deal with. Fully recommend!”

“Best after sale service I have ever experienced. There was a fault with the P1S 3D Printer that I purchased, not a fault of Additive-X, a manufacturer fault. When I reported the problem to Additive-X they immediately sent a replacement and asked me to pack up the first printer for them to collect from my home, at no expense to me. Absolutely brilliant!!”

“If I ever have any issues with my Bambu printers—whether it’s repairs, advice, or spare parts—these are my go-to people. The service is excellent, and shipping is fast, which is crucial when a machine is down and you’re waiting on parts. Items usually arrive the next day, keeping downtime to a minimum. They’re always friendly and helpful, and you can also arrange to collect from their location if needed. Highly recommended.”

“A company that puts it's customers needs first with sales and after sales. i purchased a Bambu Labs 3D printer which developed a fault after 3 months , the services engineers emailed me with progress reports daily sometimes twice and three times a day until the problem was resolved, which with there patients and persistence only took three days. so i would highly recommend this company without reservation.”

“I Ordered a printer on back order. I was informed of the dielivery time. It arrived as predictied. I was able to arrange for it to be delivered on a day to suit me. I phoned up and added some extra fillament to the order. Very helpful friendly service. Printer works great - minimal hassel setting up and getting it going.”

“Quite good response from Additive-X but delivery was terrible. Ordered Tuesday was told delivery was Wednesday. No delivery. Spoke to Additive-X was told delivery Friday. No Delivery. Once again spoke to Additive-X delivery booked for Saturday. Guess what, no delivery. Waited in 3 days before delivery completed on the Monday, nearly a week after order placed. This looks harsh as it was delivery at fault not Additive-X”
