“I would have to say hand on heart, Additive-X are one of the best companies I have ever have the pleasure of dealing with. I’m a complete novice to 3D printing but had already decided that I wanted the Bambu Labs P1S with the AMS. Obviously I had questions and they were more than helpful. They said if I had any other questions or needed advice, just give them a call, and I have done that on a few occasions. Always helpful advice from everyone I have spoken to. Their customer service is absolutely second to none in my very humble opinion and other companies could and should take a leaf out of Additive-X’s book as to how to do things professionally. I’m so pleased that I made my purchase with them and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you all at Additive-X 🙂”

“I bought a 3D printer online from Australia but for delivery in the UK. Following the order I was contacted promptly to say they were now out of stock, apologied and said they could refund me the money. I chose to continue and the product was successfully to my brother in Cambridge - to much delight.”

“Items arrived eventually, it took that long I forgot I even ordered it. All I ordered was a PTFE adapter and spare cable. I ordered the same things off ali express about 3 days later and they came within 8 days.. probably won't use this site again but there wasn't any issues with the order..thanks”

“Genuinely the best company I've discovered this year. Had a question, chatted to a real person on the chat panel, made a purchase immediately and it arrived 18 hours later. Was so impressed I immediately referred a friend who went on to make the same purchase from additive-x despite the product being available elsewhere. I believed the person on the chat was called Rachel, and genuinely couldn't have been any more helpful even checking stock and confirming it's presence despite the website not being up to date due to inventory just coming in. Infact have been so impressed I haven't looked elsewhere since and have a basket ready to check out of consumables and parts. Business done right. And no I am not a shill and haven't been paid a penny in discount or affiliate or anything. I just like a business that does what it should, well.”

“thank you for your quick turn round of my filament order ,i would have liked differant colours but thet are on back order how long would the order take on back order i would like to know more on the new bed plates and how to use them i have recomened the P1S to a friend and he came to Ripon and bourght one thats how much i like your company and service i have a PS1 myself had a few problems but now get some realy good prints Regards Terry”

“Very quick service, everything well packed. The reason I knocked one star off is I wasn’t given the cheaper option of standard delivery for some reason making delivery costs a bit steep.”
