“This company are amazing I ordered a printer for next day delivery but phoned then and said I needed delivery on a specific day which the happily did. When I got printer there was a problem with a part 1 small phone call part sent next day delivery with no charge will 100% be using again”

“Great next day delivery and good filaments in stock had the x1c and a1 printers off them to and thay never let me down either ,always help on had if needed to ,been 3d printing for 15 years al will always use this company from now on...”

“Ordered a Bambu A1 and had incredible service, accidentally ordered something with it and when i cancelled the item i got the refund and they said i could keep it! Id been a customer for about 5 mins. Companies could really take a leaf out of A-X's book here. I was nervous about ordering a 3d printer as its a huge outlay for a frivolous hobby but A-X made me feel confident to take the plunge on it.”

“you know you often think this is too good to be true re the prices of things … well this was what i originally thought …. i was wrong , it was good and true . great price , the cheapest i could find any where and super swift delivery . totally recommended i bought the ams light plug and play really , no issues at all from product or ordering”

“Website relatively straightforward to use. Products arrived quickly and well packaged. Only negative I can say is that due to being Channel Islands based, despite reaching the threshold for free shipping, I was instead charged £20 for postage - significantly increasing my overall expense. Tracked postage with Royal Mail actually works out cheaper than within mainland UK and this was explained to customer service before the shipment was made so it was disappointing that they stuck with the option that was so much more expensive for me. Unfortunately this would be enough to make me seek out other suppliers for future purchases.”

Totally understand and we apologise, we just aren't set up to use Royal Mail but it is something our Operations Manager is looking in to. We stopped using them due to prices being too high and lack of reliability around tracking, but for Channel Islands it seems they could be a good solution.
