“Hi have been buying 3D printers from Additive-X for over 7 years now. I have never once had any problems and any questions have always been answered fast and in a professional matter why at the same time keeping it friendly and personal feeling. So I was in no doubt that my latest 3D Printer was going be brought via Additive-X again and like normal it was shipped fast and come well packed and it’s been happily printing away. In the past when I have had a problem with a older Ultimaker S5 printer and the replacement parts could not be found on the site, it it needed was a fast email and Additive-X was able to get me a price and order the needed parts for me direct from the manufacturer.”

“We recently purchased a **Bambu Lab 3D printer from Additive-X**, and the whole experience has been excellent from start to finish. **Becca and Ian were both incredibly helpful throughout the purchase process**, answering questions, keeping us informed and doing everything they could to make sure everything went smoothly. We did have an issue with the delivery, but what really impressed me was how Additive-X dealt with it. The problem was **resolved immediately and entirely in our favour**, with no hassle or unnecessary back and forth. That level of customer service makes a huge difference and gives you real confidence in the company you're buying from. The Bambu Lab printer itself is a fantastic piece of equipment, but equally important is knowing you've got a supplier behind you who genuinely looks after their customers. **Excellent service, great communication, fantastic prices and a company that stands behind what it sells. I wouldn't hesitate to use Additive-X again and would 100% recommend them.** A special thank you to **Becca and Ian** for all their help.”

“As a company we have used all the go to online suppliers for 3d print hardware, spares and consumables . Additive x are by far the best we have experienced and will continue to use them as our supplier from now on. “This is a company that people ought to know about. Very easy to contact by phone and very helpful in ordering the correct part for my A1 printer. I was able to collect from them later that afternoon, which was so easy. Only wish I’d known of them before buying direct from Bambu Lab.”
