“I nearly chose the wrong supplier! I was about to order a Bambu lab P1S from a competitor of Additive-X. But after a conversation with a bored sounding man on a hard to hear phone line I tried Additive-X. What a difference. I had a pleasant and informative conversation with Rachel who answered all of my questions on a clear phone line. I did a quick check on their web site and found a well organised and long established firm. After placing my order I received a call from Rachel asking if I realised that there would be a delay in the delivery as they were waiting for a shipment to arrive. I said that I was aware that all suppliers were waiting for the same shipment. So I expected to have to wait at least a couple of weeks. But it actually arrived within a few days. It was well packaged and undamaged. After setting up the printer I had difficulty connecting to the internet. So I phoned Additive-X and was passed on to Chris Furlong, an extremely helpful and patient engineer, who spent a couple of hours, including with a video link, trying to work out what the problem was. After a lunch break Chris phoned me back to suggest a possible solution, after consulting with his colleagues, that my WiFi may be operating at 5GHz instead of the required 2.4GHz and that my extension that I have installed could well be set to the correct frequency. This was indeed the case and so my problem was solved. Just imagine what would have happened if I’d chosen the other supplier with the bored person on the bad phone line? So thank you Chris for your extreme patience. And thank you Rachel for helping me make the right decision to order from Additive-X. A very satisfied customer. Warwick Kemp.”

“Was unsure about ordering my first 3d printer but had online chat with colleague at addictive X , who was very helpful and answered all my questions, ordered my printer and it came 2 days later perfect, also follow up emails from addictive X providing links to help files ect , perfect company to deal with very impressed and would recommend”

“Hi have been buying 3D printers from Additive-X for over 7 years now. I have never once had any problems and any questions have always been answered fast and in a professional matter why at the same time keeping it friendly and personal feeling. So I was in no doubt that my latest 3D Printer was going be brought via Additive-X again and like normal it was shipped fast and come well packed and it’s been happily printing away. In the past when I have had a problem with a older Ultimaker S5 printer and the replacement parts could not be found on the site, it it needed was a fast email and Additive-X was able to get me a price and order the needed parts for me direct from the manufacturer.”

“Ordered a large printer fairly late in the day. Got a call a few minutes later to say thanks for the order (seriously, nice touch!) and to say sorry that they might not be able to get it out the same day. No big deal, It's a big lump so perfectly understandable! It turned up the very next day, nicely wrapped and strapped to a pallet. No issues at all, would 100% recommend and use this company again.”

“I have received 5 star service for aftercare from the team for my A1 Bambu Lab printer. Very quick to respond to emails, made a very quick plan to send out a replacement part which fixed the problem. Felt very much cared for and wanted to send a massive thank you to Chris and his team.”

“Great company to deal with. Super friendly and you can visit them to collect gear rather than waiting for postage and couriers etc If you live in the North of England that is!! Only an hour away from me and its a nice drive so I don't mind.”
