“I’ve had a great experience with Additive-X Ltd. Their service is top-notch, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. They offer a wide range of 3D printing products, and the staff is super knowledgeable about what they sell. Whether you’re a hobbyist or running a business, they’ve got you covered. What impressed me the most was their fast delivery and how quick they were to respond to my questions. It’s rare to find a company that combines quality products with such reliable customer support. “Genuinely the best company I've discovered this year. Had a question, chatted to a real person on the chat panel, made a purchase immediately and it arrived 18 hours later. Was so impressed I immediately referred a friend who went on to make the same purchase from additive-x despite the product being available elsewhere. I believed the person on the chat was called Rachel, and genuinely couldn't have been any more helpful even checking stock and confirming it's presence despite the website not being up to date due to inventory just coming in. Infact have been so impressed I haven't looked elsewhere since and have a basket ready to check out of consumables and parts. Business done right. And no I am not a shill and haven't been paid a penny in discount or affiliate or anything. I just like a business that does what it should, well.”

“thank you for your quick turn round of my filament order ,i would have liked differant colours but thet are on back order how long would the order take on back order i would like to know more on the new bed plates and how to use them i have recomened the P1S to a friend and he came to Ripon and bourght one thats how much i like your company and service i have a PS1 myself had a few problems but now get some realy good prints Regards Terry”

“Very quick service, everything well packed. The reason I knocked one star off is I wasn’t given the cheaper option of standard delivery for some reason making delivery costs a bit steep.”

“Excellent company to deal with. I was considering ordering my Bambu P1S direct from Bambu, but had read some horror stories online about LONG delivery times. I found Additive-X on a Google search and they seemed exactly what I was looking for. Not only did the printer come the next day, but they also sent me an email full of useful links to get started with my printer. In addition to the printer, I ordered a few spools of filament, one of which wasn't in stock but was listed as "Available to Order". After a couple of weeks they emailed me to say that they were still waiting for stock, and that I was fine to keep waiting, but offering to switch the order to another kind if I'd prefer. Great customer service, would recommend, and will be using again.”

“I ordered some rolls of printer filerment and one was damaged. I contacted them and they sent me a replacement which arrived next day. They were very helpful and a treat to deal with. Excellent company to deal with.”

“I hadn't heard of these guys before but I was in the market for a new 3D Printer and I really wanted it that day. Not many places stock it, and the only place relatively local didn't have it in stock. So this was my only option in the moment. It was a fair trek away and I ended up travelling 90 minutes to get there. All country roads and pretty nice areas, so no problem! As I'm about to arrive, I receive a call from their Customer Support confirming that I was picking it up that day - confirmed I was 5 minutes away and she advised she would make the warehouse aware. Phone manner impeccable and very friendly. I get there and the printer is not ready - which is fine, it was only a few minutes from the call. A member of their staff came out when we pressed the bell/buzzer on the desk and we waited for the printer to be brought out. The member of staff (who's name I did not get but is in the company's profile pic - sorry!) asked if we'd like a tour of their manufacturing side. We were taken around their various printers, and had a chat about what they make and what tech is out, really cool and interesting. Again, very friendly. By the time we were done looking around, the printer was ready. As for the machine, well packaged and worked perfectly out the box P1S. Coming from a really old Ender3 this is like magic to me! I'm having a blast with 3D Printing again. Overall happy with Additive-X as a company and shopping experience. Thank you!”

“Great company. Ordered new printer from them and some wrong filiment by mistake. However. They offered to send the correct filiment next day. WOW. Customer service is Nulli Secundus More than happy to order from these guys again 👍”
