“I really like Additive for Bambu related parts or filaments (for 3D printing). The shipping is always super fast, when ordered with next day delivery, the stuff tends to get send out same night ready for next day. ONLY downside is cost. Additive is more expensive than Bambu direct, sometimes a few pence, sometimes a bit more. For example, the following order is £184.15 from Additive Complete Hotend 0.4mm hardened Extruder Unit PETG-CF PLA-CF PVA Support Whereas from Bambu directly, the same order is £170.35 I tend to decide where to order based on shipping. Bambu used to ship daily with next day delivery, but now they went massively downhill. I tend to wait easily a week for the stuff whereas Additive offers next day. The above order would cost an additional £7.80 for next day delivery from Additive, but Bambu doesn't offer here next day, even if I'd be happy to pay for it. Basically apart from price I just cannot fault Additive-X at all. But I do decide based on urgency whether to order there or Bambu. For example right now I am waiting for an Additive order as well as Bambu order. Additive stuff I need today, Bambu stuff is nice to have :)”

Thank you for your feedback, Bambu are currently running some Black Friday deals on filament which we just can't match I am afraid. We also do offer free delivery on orders over £100, the difference is its not 100% guaranteed next day. However we will look into the pricing after the offers end and make sure they match. Thank you for saying you can't fault us as well!

“Very happy with our Bamboo Lab P1S printer! It arrived quickly with free delivery, making it cheaper than buying directly from Bamboo Lab. Great communication with constant email updates on delivery status. The printer works perfectly with no issues.”

“I bought a Bamboo Lab A1 Mini and a reel of filament from Additive-X after an online chat with a member of their team. The chat was very helpful, the products arrived very promptly indeed, were solidly pakaged and are excellent. I've since ordered more filament and a finer hot end, all arrived superbly packaged and very promptly. It doesn't get better than that!”

“Great company! Although I haven't used the customer service I've heard from friends it's great. Filament prices are brilliant and so is delivery. Quality is great so I've never needed to return or refund a product. I love Addictive X as it's the only local way to get filament delivered. Email status' were also sent which was great.”

“A very good service i ordered a GRADE B refurbished A1 Combo item and it arrived well packaged with all but the little dust blower in the box . Overall condition of the A1 combo i ordered was good with only a very slight mark to the A1 itself which was only to be expected. Delivery time was excellent and i was informed well via DPD their courier when it was going to be delivered to meboth by phone text and by email I may be ordering another one of the A1 Combo Grade B next month”

“Excellent company and amazing service! I recently bought a 3D printer (which arrived early the next day) and had an issue with it. I emailed the team, and they got back to me within a few minutes. Tessa quickly forwarded me to the technical department, where Craig solved my issue very quickly and managed to get in touch directly with the manufacturers. The whole process was painless and very efficient. I cannot recommend this company enough!”

“I’ve bought two Bambu printers from Additive-X, both times spent time on the phone to their team chatting through options and they have been honest, open and were happy to chat. I had one minor issue I needed to troubleshoot so emailed them and got a reply within minutes where a quick back and forth ended up solving the issue. Amazing service, great selection of quality products and likely to be back again soon”

“Additive X themselves as always are faultless Their decision to change delivery partner however gave me the worst experience. First day the company couldn't be bother to deliver it and said they had tried - I was home all day Second day they left it outside the main flat block doors by the road and said the delivery was "signed for"... Not what you want when you're ordering £140 worth of resin...”

“I have nothing but praise for the staff at Additive-X Ltd. I had a problem with my first printer, it was sorted out within an hour and the replacement arrived the next day. There have been no problems with the new printer. I can fully recommend them, with an excellent support team should you be unfortunate enough to have a problem. I will certainly buy from them again”

“Ordered tuesday got it next day. I bought printer an extra roll of filament a dry box and a spare dry box caddy, and saved myself £100 in total. I will buy all my filament from them and other accessories. I would recommend them highly.”
