“From the start I knew I’d found a good company. I bought a Bambu A1 mini. It arrived next day with some free filament to get me started .By far the best value for money I’ve found online. Even had an email from the MD. This is my first venture into 3D printing and I’m glad I chose Additive X… even if it sounds like something you put into your fuel tank to improve performance.”

“Excellent customer service. I recently purchased a Bambu Labs P1S 3D printer. I booked online a phone call with Chris to chat with the team before my purchase for advice. Unfortunately, Chris was out of the office that day, but slightly later than planned I received a call from Paul? who was most helpful in answering all my queries. Back online, and I ordered a printer and a few accessories on Friday. I live in Jersey, so no next-day delivery service. Tuesday the accessories were delivered, fantastic. but no printer. Quick email to Additive-X. Received a prompt reply from Elaine, who was straight on the case, checking with the delivery agent. Slight problem with labels on the box, and Jersey Customs had held one box back!!. Printer finally delivered a couple of days later. Would highly recommend Additive-X, and wouldn't hesitate to use again.”

“Ordered a Bambu p1s on Friday afternoon and chose sat delivery option.printer was here delivered on time on Saturday and after about an hour setting il was printing my first pieces First class service”

“I've bought quite a few items from Additive-X and each time the support over the phone is amazing. The service is so quick also. I ordered a part on the internet then called to discus my order only to find it was already sorted & about to be dispatched! I've said it before....amazing service.”

“Brilliant !! Bought a printer and I damaged 2 parts...ordered tham just before 4pm and they were here next day. Also 2 printers I have bought from them are great and both customer service and technical support have been excellent.i will use these guys from now on for all spare parts. We'll done.”
