Wont be ordering again after the experience that I had! Which is a real shame as used additional lengths a lot in the past but this was just too much for me I was let down in an unacceptable manner! I think you need to review your delivery policy!

I was very disappointed to have ordered next day delivery before 1pm at 6pm the previous day. To then be told that because I didn't pay before 3pm it was irrelevant! Why did I even get the option to pay £8.50 for a service that wasn't relevant?! When I rang at 1pm because my package hasn't arrived I was very rudely told I wouldn't be refunded the £8.50 as it was 'clearly stated' in the terms and conditions! Well I'm sorry but I wouldn't have spent £8.50 on a service that was never going to happen! You've lost what could've been a loyal, regular client due to uneccesary rudeness and general unhelpfulness

I am absolutely disgusted with the service AND feathers sent to me!! I run a respectable business and its a hell of a lot smaller than yours but yet i have the finest highest quality feathers and would not sell the Broken Fish tailed feathers that you are putting your name too, i then find out on the phone the rude lady i am speaking too is the Manager i mean really!? What lousy service. And not even an offer to exchange them or replace with better quality in tact feathers Appalling

before this purchase I would have given 5 stars, but on this occasion I am deeply dissapointed. I always order the same colour in pre bonded tips but this time ordered clip ins. I took them to my hairdresser who took them off the card by mistake to check them against my hair. She said the usual colour is took dark. Unfortunately I have been told I am not allowed to exchange even tho the colour seems darker than usual so I am now stuck with £60 clip ins. in future i regrettably will not be using this company.

Wrong item sent - I had paid £4 delivery - them I had to pay return delivery charge - so I paid almost for their mistakes and got nothing for it!!! no offer of refunding the delivery charges even though their fault. Poor service blunt uncaring And unhelpful emails - would definitely not use again and have told others not to use them

I placed an order on Thursday AM, paid for next day delivery 7.00. Received a text from courier saying delivery would be Friday AM @ 10.45 so took the day off work to wait in for parcel and fit my clients hair extension. Received a text at 9.15am on Friday saying delivery wouldn't be until Monday. Spent half hour Friday morning on the phone to Additional lengths, delivery was then rearranged for Saturday and 7.00 was refunded for the delivery cost. Both myself and my client lost a full days pay by taking the Friday off so overall poor service, will continue to use Hairtrade for my business as I cannot afford to be let down again

Terrible! The colours didnt match at all to what u described on the site! Waste of money and my time! When i then email you with my concern, no one even gets back to me!
