I am absolutely disgusted with the service AND feathers sent to me!! I run a respectable business and its a hell of a lot smaller than yours but yet i have the finest highest quality feathers and would not sell the Broken Fish tailed feathers that you are putting your name too, i then find out on the phone the rude lady i am speaking too is the Manager i mean really!? What lousy service. And not even an offer to exchange them or replace with better quality in tact feathers
