I placed an order on Thursday AM, paid for next day delivery 7.00. Received a text from courier saying delivery would be Friday AM @ 10.45 so took the day off work to wait in for parcel and fit my clients hair extension. Received a text at 9.15am on Friday saying delivery wouldn't be until Monday. Spent half hour Friday morning on the phone to Additional lengths, delivery was then rearranged for Saturday and 7.00 was refunded for the delivery cost. Both myself and my client lost a full days pay by taking the Friday off so overall poor service, will continue to use Hairtrade for my business as I cannot afford to be let down again
