Pro tips are not as good as ultra tips. Ultra tips are very sturdy and don’t fall out. I’ve had the pro tips in for 3 days and 10 have fallen out easily

Didn’t have what I wanted in stock and there wouldn’t be a delivery until mid December so completely missed the Black Friday deal. Personally, over Black Friday companies should be fully stocked on everything to avoid disappointment. I had to buy an alternative as I was desperate.

Great hair but could be more helpful when needing to exchange. I had some hair in the wrong colour and when I asked to exchange it they wouldn’t allow me too as it didn’t have a batch number in the back of the packet? Why is this my fault? It quite clearly hasn’t been opened or used or damaged in anyway! All I wanted to do was a straight swap! So now I’m stuck with a £59 packet of hair I can’t use and have to wait to finish my daughters hair cause it’s already cost me £300 and to try and fine another £69 then postage or the drive their!! All because they won’t do a straight swap! I am disappointed with how unhelpful they were

Hi there, I'm sorry your experience with us prompted you to leave us a low review - I've listened to the calls you've had with our customer services team; one where you had purchased the wrong accessory for the hair you had purchased which we called to clarify, and the other regarding your return. I think that perhaps our returns policy (displayed on our website) wasn't explained clearly to you - for that I apologise. Because you purchase both online and instore our rep advised that you would need to show proof of purchase, because you stated you may not be able to do that the next alternative would be to track down the hair from the batch number printed on the back of the packet. If this is non-existent (as some older products didn't have it) we'd still be able to help but we would need to be able to check that the product you wish to exchange was originally purchased by yourself within 28 days of yourself returning it. If you are unable to find your receipt from the instore purchase or re-print your order from your online account, we could then look at bank statement details from the day that you purchased the goods instore or online. If this purchase is still recent we would happily exchange them for you but we do need to see proof of purchase from any of the means described above. Fast service, good price & good quantity. New prebond squares too small for 1g of Hair, when melted glue dried quicker than can shape as glue slightly thin.

Thought I was getting the blue tapes which I’ve used before but green ones arrived which are not the same. Quality not so great and they don’t hold very long. Can you let me know if you have the blue ones as advertised?

Hair quality is good and once ordered everything has always arrived on time, only ever had a few issues with the incorrect colour being sent out or the shades not being in stock, have been waiting for a shade now for 3 weeks and it's costing me my business as had to cancel my customer twice due to this issue. I also think it's bad that if your don't order products within a time frame your trade account gets cancelled. However when you ring up the staff are always very helpful.

Hello, Thank you for the kind words about our products, we strive to only provide the highest quality of hair extensions. In terms of stock, this is something that we are constantly working on to improve, however, at times, due to the length of time in which our products take to produce, we do occasionally go out of stock of certain lengths and colours, we do apologise for this happening and I can assure you this is being worked on by the whole team. This is true in regards to our trade accounts. The rule is in place to protect all current and future accounts from those that are not using the account in a professional manner, however, even if your trade account is closed, this does not stop you from applying again and providing up to date evidence. Hair quality is good. Extensions are not suitable for thick hair. Very thin, for the cost of the extensions.

If I could give a 6 for hair I would I love your hair and delivery is always on time, but most colours I use are constantly out of stock. So my clients are constantly waiting or having to use a different brand unfortunately. I have never known a company be out of stock so often so for this I have to give overall 3

Hair rating is a 5:5 However I withheld from ordering from them for around 6 months as I got great so badly on the telephone. I ended up in tears. I rate the customer service on that conversation 0:5 Hair quality 5:5

Good quality hair but my hair colour is never in stock so unfortunately had to move supplier.

I bought some weft hair extensions last year and the quality over the whole 12 months was incredible. I have just purchased a new pack of weft extensions and the quality compared to the last ones is quite poor in comparison. They felt really dry within the first week and have started to get matted. I deep condition them once a week and look after them very well so I am really worried, especially after the money I have spent.

Lovely quality hair but the colour is completely different than you show online..obv filtered.so I have to dye it and overpriced over such a small quantity of hair

I’ve been using the mini tip extensions for 5 years. I was impressed with the quality until the past year or so. The hair is not as soft, the colour not as shiny and it doesn’t hold its style as well. New hair put in last sat and I am disappointed. What have you changed?

Hair was a nice length and was the right colour. However, brought a full pack of clip ins and it was very thin and looked obvious. So second pack was needed.

If your hair isn't the same length that can lead to it looking thin at the ends, depending on how the hair is placed into the head. I have bought the weft extensions many times before from additional lengths and was more than happy with the quality. Recent purchase left me feeling a bit disappointed as I struggled to get 3 single rows from 2 half packs. In the past I always manages 3 double rows from the full pack and was expecting the same this time. As I bought I half pack of solid and one half pack of mixed, I found that mixed colour is already tangling, which is disappointing.

My three stars were given for the last extensions I had as the current ones are not such a good colour although the code hasn’t changed and they seem coarser .
