“What a bad company/concept To book an activity you have to give a number a dates - wait 2-3 days for activity superstore to check availability and then email you to confirm no availability for your chosen dates - you then start again and choose more dates - this happened 3 times for us and we still haven't booked our activity - they have now charged us to expend your voucher! Terrible service - terrible concept - save your money - if you want to buy an activity just book it direct with the provider!”

“Great price on my activity, (a 2 night hotel stay) best part was it was all dog friendly hotels and we have 2 pooches so it was perfect, easy to navigate around the site and choose /research the hotels, we look forwards to our stay!”

“Due to the unexpected death of my daughter, I was unable to use my experience. I called customer service and they extended the voucher. The process was easy and they were very supportive. I have used this company before and love the range of experiences. There is something for everyone.”

“As we were nearing the end of the voucher period, we had to apply for an extension and pay to do so. It was a little convoluted and it involved the website and phonecalls but we got there in the end. Hopefully it worked but we are yet to do the activity.......”

“Customer service is shocking, it would appear that the only way that this company operate is to provided inaccessible activities and need add as main obstacles as possible Do not bother with this company for activity days - you will just be wasting your time and money”

“The process of activating the voucher was really straightforward. Incredibly good value for money. Two night get away choice of locations was good. We chose Bournemouth and the Hotel was great with everything needed for a relaxing break including the Spa.”
