BE AWARE do not waste your time using this company. Liverpool FC Tour bought as a present for my son over 12 months ago & after trying to book this tour at least 6 times we were given excuse after excuse & as yet have not been given a refund. Please do not waste your time & hard earned cash on this unprofessional outfit!

THE 'GO TO' COMPANY..... if you want to be ripped off. I am in dispute with them because I was not able to book anything at a time or place I wanted. One hotel would not take a booking using an ASS voucher until next year, although they would if I booked direct (and at much lower cost). Because I have 'exchanged my voucher' they refuse to give me refund. Now they send me a request to review a 'chocolate experience' I never went on. What a shambles! Reporting them to Trading Standards, BBC's Watchdog, Rogue Traders and anyone else I can think of. Avoid, and save yourself a lot a of hassle and headaches.

If I could give a negative score I would. Save your money and give people the cash for presents, you are literally pouring money down the drain using this company. I used their phone line to exchange a voucher. The male in the phone was beyond slow and utterly useless. Now I see my phone charges I know why! No where do I see these phone charges advertised on the website. Beyond unprofessional straight up daylight robbery. What a joke of a company

Therefore I can only apologise that this took quite some time and resulted in a larger than expected phone bill. I would give them a negative rating but that's not an option. No support line on Sat and Sun, shocking booking system, properties far from the advertised standard, etc. After a night in what was allegedly a double bed and a shower for a 3 year old size rather than an average size adult, we found out our afternoon tea was used. Not by us though. We ended up having to pay for it again or not going. Experience out of hell.definitely not a relaxing weekend.

Possibly the most frustrating experience of my life was dealing with this appalling company. Customer service? Ring the number and it directs you to their website...no call held in a queue, no leaving a message, no ring back, no customer service. Only give their vouchers as a gift if you really can't stand the person.

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Slipshod and uncaring. Someone gave us a race day experience - it turned out that the races weren't running during the period of the vouchers validity. That began a 2 year Saga of pain that whilst still ongoing is near the end - it was easier getting through rogue militia positions in the Balkans war than battling this bunch! Throughout our ordeal it felt like the company relies on selling activities that are then not taken to make as much profit as they can - so they make it as difficult as they can in the hope you'll give up.

Don’t waste your money The wife received a voucher from our son for Mother’s Day. Followed the instructions to register with the activation number and obtain the unique voucher number. This all went fine. Chose a venue for a lunch but then found out it was only available to use in the evening, as it would be a 100 mile round trip decided we did not want to do this. Contacted Activity Superstore who advised me what to do to choose alternative. Chose alternative venue for an afternoon tea and all seemed well until I received an email from Activity Superstore who advised me that my chosen venue would be closing for business before my chosen date and that I should choose an alternative. Chose an alternative venue for afternoon tea and was advised that I needed to book direct. Rang the venue to be advised that they did not recognise the voucher code and that I should contact Activity Superstore. Contacted Activity Superstore who said they would sort it out. Did not hear anything for a couple of weeks so rang the venue again who confirmed that no one had been in contact with them. I again contacted Activity Superstore who asked me to let them have suitable dates and they would sort it out for me. After almost 2 months no further response from Activity Superstore despite several chasing emails to which one only receives an auto response advising that they respond within 2 days. Unfortunately you cannot ring them and purely reliant on whether they decide to respond to an email. If you get an email response from either a Katie, Jaz, May or Millie don’t believe anything they tell you as it will be pure fiction. Happy to take the money but not provide the gift.

Worst experience ever, once we redeemed our voucher we were passed to OMG hotels to organise booking, by far one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, took them a year to organise a booking due to no availability, had to pay extra, then cancelled our booking the night before, was a present for my wife, still owe us money

Dont shop with Activity Superstore, They rip people off! They keep your money and don't give you what you have paid for and ignore your emails. This is what they have done on us and other people too i have now found out on the Internet.

Customer services refused to help with an expired voucher. Only a few months out of date, but absolutely no flexibility from this company. They give a short 18 months validity, when UK Government recommends minimum 2 years and other countries such as Ireland require 5 years. I hope anyone reading these reviews will note that all positive reviews are related to the voucher purchases (they are very happy to take your money), but all negative reviews are related to using the vouchers. Don't waste your money or place the recipient of your gift in a difficult position. The chances are that your money will just build the profits of this company and not be used by your friend or relative.

A complete waste of time and money and so embarrassing to have to explain to the gift giver that it was useless. The way you have to book, you have better odds of winning the lottery. Your good friend pays them an amount of money and they are supposed to deliver you the experience, however in order to book you have to guess when they might have availability for three dates and times, then they go off and check for about 48 hours and then they say ‘ sorry, wrong guess again’ so you have another go and guess what? wrong again. You get fed up and ask if they would like to tell you when your experience might be available within a 100 mile radius of your home and they send you emails back that list a few in perhaps the Isle of Man or in Devon if you live in Scotland. The whole business model is based on people giving up and carrying on with their life before the whole booking experience drives them insane and then they pocket your friends lovely gift money and make a lovely profit. Well done activity superstore, eventually your poor service will finish you off through disgruntled customer word of mouth. Rake it in while you can as it’s not long before your company disappears into dust just like a large percentage of your vouchers do.

A complete waste of time and money! Absolutely awful. Booked a 'James Bond' driving experience and paid extra to upgrade it. We arrived on the day (after travelling some distance) and were told that our voucher was invalid and we could not participate. Attempted to contact customer service on the day and they were unavailable by email, live chat and no phone number so we had to go home disappointed. Tried to fix the problem a few days later to rebook / get a refund and was met with a completely blank wall, refusing to take responsibility and passing it off to another company.

Tried to book a karting race for 2 experience given to us as a gift. We are still waiting for them to confirm booking since 13/8/18. Tried to web chat with them several times to resolve the issue, always unavailable despite being well within opening times. Still waiting for replies to at least 3 email enquiries. Unable to contact anyone by phone either. I expect we will receive a reply after the voucher has expired. Totally unacceptable!!
