“Easy and quick to book the experience, no issues at all”

“While the purchasing process was reasonably straightforward, I tried to do have an email sent to the recipient of the experience. Unfortunately, trying to select the date was challenging using my mobile. Not sure if it was my phone's set up or the website.”

“I've used Activity Superstore a few times and they've always been good for value. The website does have problems when it comes to payment, resulting in me receiving (and paying for) duplicate vouchers. I am still waiting for that to be rectified, though I am confidant it will be as customer service has been good in the past.”

“Recipient very pleased with the gift experience. Looking forward to her helicopter ride in the new year. Would have given 5 stars but had a problem with the delivery of the voucher. We paid for next day delivery and the voucher didn't arrive until 4 days later so we had an anxious wait as her birthday was the day it arrived. We did contact Activity Superstore and a helpful person on the phone said that they had experienced some delivery problems with a courier. We have now had the postal charge refunded but obviously had the worry as to wether it would arrive in time for her 60th birthday party. Apart from this very good overall. Will use again.”

“Bought an afternoon tea voucher as a gift (sadly, the personal message wasn’t on it but I noticed and included my own). However, the service was amazing….i ordered online at approx 2pm on Tuesday and it arrived in the post on Wednesday. As it’s a gift, I’ve no idea how easy it is to use.”

“It was easy enough to order an experience. I opted for an experience to be emailed to my friend. I asked for it to be emailed on a specific day. My only criticism is that I did not get any notification that it had been emailed, so had to message my friend to check they had received it.”

“Once the process of validating the vouchers has been done ( keep your receipts) the company was prompt to make contact and book the experience in ! There are always several options to improve and enhance the experience as well as options to extend the voucher to give plenty of time.”

“My Son gave us a 2 Night Getaway with Afternoon Tea which he had purchased in a Store. So when I tried to activate it they required a receipt which my Son no longer had. I Emailed Customer Service which were so helpful and asked me to send a copy of the purchase on my Son's bank statement. Which between us we managed to do. If purchasing from a store always keep the receipt. Customer Service was excellant and the booking process easy.”
