“Used this company as I like to support smaller companies. Had to call and chase as went over the 48 hour response period. I have been booked into the activity that offers 3 cocktails, when the website clearly says 4 cocktails. I’ve challenged and now response, the event is in 2 days. Disappointing as I probably won’t use again. It feels like you have booked us in the for the cheaper ticket and pocketed the rest.”

“Bought/redeemed vouchers a week ago and have had no response. I believe this company may be a scam judging from other reviews. I will learn to do my research before purchasing in future. Refund request is in place but I suspect this will not be forthcoming AVOID!!!!”

“I ordered a paintball experience on 5th August and paid £7.99 for next day delivery. It is now the 11th August and I have still not received the voucher package. I sent an email to say I hadn’t yet received it and am still waiting for a response! No communication from the company and now way of tracking once ordered. Very disappointing customer service”

“While the purchasing process was reasonably straightforward, I tried to do have an email sent to the recipient of the experience. Unfortunately, trying to select the date was challenging using my mobile. Not sure if it was my phone's set up or the website.”

“I've used Activity Superstore a few times and they've always been good for value. The website does have problems when it comes to payment, resulting in me receiving (and paying for) duplicate vouchers. I am still waiting for that to be rectified, though I am confidant it will be as customer service has been good in the past.”

“I paid for next day delivery, an extra £7.99, but the voucher arrived 3 days later. This was a waste of money. Please don’t advertise a service if you are not going to provide it. Having said that, it is a gift so I am happy with the presentation to give as a gift, so thank you for that. I hope my husband enjoys it.”
