“We wanted to use our Gastro Pub and dining voucher when we went to London in December. We chose a restaurant and were later contacted by Activity Superstore to advise that this particular restaurant was no longer on their list. We logged on again in the New Year to look at using our voucher it was showing that a booking had been made at this same restaurant in London for the 16th January 2026. I contacted Activity Superstore to advise them of this and ask how a booking could have been made if this particular restaurant was not on their list anymore. After a number of emails backwards and forwards they confirmed that the restaurant (not on their list) had invoiced for the booking on the 16th January. Who made this booking has still not been answered. After sending another chasing email I finally received a new voucher.”

“Avoid any purchase if you value your time and money. This is an awful company whose customer service is lacking in every sense, it offers hotel stays to properties that are not in the scheme, and others that won’t take bookings under the voucher scheme but will if you book via conventional means such as booking.com. Can’t get to speak to anyone in person and it takes days to get any kind of email response, the latest from ‘Charlie’ which was simply condescending and didn’t answer any of the points I raised in my complaint. The cost of the voucher has way exceeded the cost of the two bookings we’ve attempted to make if we’d booked directly, their company slogan should be ‘stand and deliver’.”

“Activity Superstore have such a great selection of things to do for people in all walks of life. I have had a few Afternoon Tea vouchers from them and you get a lot of different places you can go somewhere near you. The prices are excellent too so definitely worth every penny.”

“Recipient very pleased with the gift experience. Looking forward to her helicopter ride in the new year. Would have given 5 stars but had a problem with the delivery of the voucher. We paid for next day delivery and the voucher didn't arrive until 4 days later so we had an anxious wait as her birthday was the day it arrived. We did contact Activity Superstore and a helpful person on the phone said that they had experienced some delivery problems with a courier. We have now had the postal charge refunded but obviously had the worry as to wether it would arrive in time for her 60th birthday party. Apart from this very good overall. Will use again.”

“I brought 2 gift getaways for my 2 Daughter's as a Christmas present. Obviously they haven't used them yet but i was very impressed at the prompt service and very quick Delivery of these gift packages and lovely presentation.”

“I have purchased a two night get away as a Christmas present, so I will not know what the experience is like. But.. If the experience is as good as the purchase it definitely will be wonderful. I ordered on the Tuesday it arrived first class post Thursday. Everything was so simple. Thank you”
