“Their customer service is faultless. We needed to contact them numerous times whilst attempting to book our 2 night stay, but their replies were quickly received and very helpful. Once booked, we had an amazing stay at The Rugged Cot, and a delicious afternoon tea the weekend after in Glastonbury.”

“Once the process of validating the vouchers has been done ( keep your receipts) the company was prompt to make contact and book the experience in ! There are always several options to improve and enhance the experience as well as options to extend the voucher to give plenty of time.”

“My Son gave us a 2 Night Getaway with Afternoon Tea which he had purchased in a Store. So when I tried to activate it they required a receipt which my Son no longer had. I Emailed Customer Service which were so helpful and asked me to send a copy of the purchase on my Son's bank statement. Which between us we managed to do. If purchasing from a store always keep the receipt. Customer Service was excellant and the booking process easy.”
