“I bought film for a shower screen after the last one exploded. The film was a good price, delivery fast and the quality seems great. Easy to fit. Very happy”

“HELLO GREAT PRODUCT, GREAT SERVICE WITH SENDING OUT PROMPTLY, ETC. ONLY NEGATIVE IS THAT THE SIDE OF THE 'FILM' WHICH IS THE "BACKING" WOULD MAKE FITTING EASIER IF IT WAS MARKED IN SOME FORM ? THANKS WILL USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND RECOMEND !”

“Easy to order, delivery was on time, the 3 stars are for the lack of communication, No email to say item shipped, No tracking number supplied, even on the site in my order onfo it just said shipped and the tracking box left blank, Knowing when my packages are going to arrive are a major factor when I buy online, not knowing causes all kinds of problems with the carrier Royal Mail, I live in apartments so if not home they take the item back to depot and after 2 attempts it goes missing in there system. I even emailed asking for an update and the tracking number but Active failed to reply. If they could just be bothered to input buyers tracking numbers to the order it would of made this review a 5 star.”

You’re absolutely right that knowing when a parcel will arrive is important, especially with Royal Mail and apartment deliveries, and I can completely understand how frustrating that must have been. Just to explain — our current website is over 10 years old and sadly doesn’t support automated tracking updates. However, the good news is we’ve been working hard on a brand-new website that will launch in the next couple of weeks, and it will include full tracking functionality and much better communication tools to improve the experience for our customers. “I used the safety film to apply to internal doors - 4 doors 15 panes each. I’ve not used it before and am quite clumsy but I followed the instructions exactly and it went on really well. Miscalculated and needed to order more; it came the next day. I would use again.”
