“Very good quality and delivered quickly. I note other reviewers have commented about the lack of communications and I did find the lack of an email confirming the order a little concerning at first, but a quick check online indicated the company were legit and everything turned up as expected so no worries. Would purchase again.”

“I purchased the bubble free window film - it is really excellent quality and looks great - I have tested several and this was (imho) the best - for both quality and price (some of the ones I tried from a different companies were awful!!!). Like this one so much I have just purchased more for other windows. Also…. Extremely Helpful customer service - a pleasure to speak to and resolved my query immediately. (Ps all these products are a little taxing to apply!!! - the only thing I would change would be to add a checkered background to make it easier to cut - but the actual product's is superior so worth it )”

“Almost impossible to eliminate bubbles, even though i removed the double glazed units to fit the film. Even the bubble free bits give a distorted view through the glass. Removed and binned…..”

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m really sorry to hear about your experience. Just to clarify, there’s no need to remove the double-glazed units to apply the film — it’s designed to be installed directly onto the inside surface of the glass. The process should be very straightforward. Any small bubbles containing clear liquid are simply water that hasn’t been fully squeezed out during installation. This is completely normal and part of the curing process. These bubbles will disappear on their own over the course of a couple of weeks, as mentioned in the instructions we included with the film. We always recommend referring to the instructions before starting, as they can help, to ensure the best possible results. If you ever decide to try again, we’d be more than happy to offer guidance or support to help you achieve a professional finish. Regarding the view through the glass — you purchased our clear museum-grade film, which is totally transparent and should be virtually invisible. If you're seeing distortion, it’s possible that the backing liner (which should be removed before installation) may have been applied instead of the actual film. That would explain both the distorted view and the difficulties you encountered during application. The film itself is the clear layer with the adhesive side.
