“I found this company online having seen a similar product in other peoples windows near my house which I used to notice on my morning walk to the train station to go to work. The houses were very smart and looked after and I thought their windows looked great. I live opposite a convenience store with a lot of footfall and have wooden blinds at my windows. Every time I opened the blinds people could just see straight through. I thought this window film would be the perfect solution so I did some research and settled on this company. Was only going to order for the front of the house but instead did my whole house. Can't stand net curtains, dust collectors, so this has been the PERFECT solution. It was super easy to instal (would recommend watching a video first). I wasn't pleased with it at first as the first piece I put up seemed to have a lot of bubbles in it that I couldn't remove. However I persevered and each subsequent bit I put up was better than the previous piece. I LOVE IT. It took a little while but all the bubbles have disappeared now, I guess it's dried out completely. I was so happy with this I showed my mum and she asked me to order her some too. My sister is also going to be buying some in the near future too. I would 100% recommend. I would also recommend buying the yellow plastic square, which helps get the film tightly into all the corners. I ordered the silver mirror film which, in the daytime, you can see out of but no one can see in. Does not work when it is dark though, you still need main curtains to close, if you are going to put lights on in the evening. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Received my order very promptly.”

“Excellent result! We used the green option which just gives the slightest hint of colour as we feared the standard might look a little ‘dentist waiting room’. Easy to install even after we didn’t read the instructions thoroughly and didn’t realise we needed to remove the carrier film then wondered why it fell off overnight! Highly recommended, lovely product with great support, THANKS!”

“Order arrived safely and I put it on , no problems looked great but unfortunately I didn’t know that it reverses in darkness, hence people can see in windows during nighttime. Which kind of defeats the purpose of, it’s still up just now but will probably take it off soon.”

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear the film arrived safely and looked great once installed. Just to clarify, the visibility reversal at night is actually how all reflective films work—it is based on light balance rather than the product itself. During the day the outside is brighter, so the reflection is on the outside, giving privacy. At night, when lights are on inside, the brightness switches, so the reflection appears inside and visibility from the outside increases. This is standard behaviour for all mirror-type privacy films on the market, not a fault with the product. If you would like full night-time privacy, the frosted/opaque film would be the correct choice, and we’d be happy to help you choose an alternative. Frosted window film is a simple product—once applied to clean glass with the backing removed, it will always adhere and provide privacy. We sell thousands of these every year and have never had a case where the product “doesn’t work.” If you had difficulties installing it? we would expect a message so we could assist, but we didn’t hear from you. “This is the second time we have used this product. It lasts for a long time. Many years we have only replaced it as we have replaced the windows. We have had the mirror film and it works absolutely wonderful. In the daytime we can open the blinds, let the natural daylight come in as I'm partially sighted. I can watch everybody passing without anybody looking into our privacy lol We submitted our order and 3 days later It arrived all in perfect condition. I would fully recommend this product and this company”
