“We bought this window film to obscure the lower halves of two large windows as our youngest dog is highly reactive to movement outside. We are greatly impressed with the end result and have noticed a marked improvement in our dog’s behaviour. The films were easy to cut and apply, with the instructions easy to follow and accurate. I would highly recommend these window films.”

“I got the one-way window reflective tint in bronze. From the reviews I read the main reason was to reduce the room temperature. Althought the window tint served its purpose of reducing sunlight into the room, it in fact did the opposite and increased room temperature. This is testimony to the fact that the half way through the recent June heatwave I removed the film and the room temperature came down. When you touched the part of the window that had the film on, it was hot to touch so it was clearly absorbing heat. If you want privacy then thats fine, but if you want it to reflect heat and reduce temperature then this is not the solution.”

“Terrible, wrong product delivered. No response to my ticket over a week has gone by, when I called in to sort the issue the person couldn’t be less interested and asked me to email in. She said she’d email me so I could respond with the order information, nothing received.”

Thank you for your review. Firstly, we do not have a support ticket service on our website and we do not use formal support tickets. I can confirm you called us the other day regarding this issue. During the call, I kindly asked you to email over a photo of the film so we could check this for you and get the matter resolved. You refused to send an email and stated that you would not be willing to email us, and that we would need to email you instead. Although this is not something we would normally do, I agreed and sent you an email so you could reply with the photo. You then left a one-star review instead. I emailed you again to try to help, but rather than responding, you left a second one-star review. I then emailed you a third time to resolve this and provided proof that we had already emailed you twice. You did then respond, but advised that you were not willing to send a photo or return the product, and that you intended to dispose of it and purchase elsewhere. We have made several attempts to resolve this for you. As advised, we are more than happy to look into this further, but we would need either a photo of the product so we can confirm what has been supplied, or for the item to be returned to us so it can be checked. “Product is really great quality - ordered an inferior one from Amazon but wasn’t happy so found Window Films. Very competitive pricing also when it was delivered the package was damaged and so was my order - I contacted the carrier who put me onto the supplier. I was skeptical that it was the suppliers fault and yet Window Films took immediate ownership and their lovely customer service guys got back to me straight away and sent a replacement out - outstanding customer and experience. Would definitely recommend this company”

“I replaced an old net curtain with a frosted film. Really like it. Looks modern and professional. Let's in a lot of light whilst maintaining privacy. Very easy to apply..just need patience and perseverance to get a good finish”

“Quality of product is not consistent. At times the film can have marks or scuffs in it before even applying it to the window. Customer support is not very good at resolving these issues.”

Thank you for your review. We specialise in window film and take every step to ensure our products are checked, packaged and sent out without damage. Our fitting instructions clearly advise customers to check the film before installation. Once the film has been fitted, it becomes very difficult to establish whether any marks or scuffs were caused during packaging, during transit, or during installation. In this case, the damaged film was fitted before we were contacted, which makes it difficult for us to confirm the cause of the issue. That said, as this was only a small amount of film and you have ordered from us more than once, I am more than happy to replace the item for you. “Prompt delivery Kit was good. We wished we had 2 squeezes instead of one! Just very difficult to put it on ourselves as our windows are huge 185x 115cm. 3 in total we got better after each window. Lots of bubbles left that we did not notice and cutting corners was hard and some small tears appeared. Find someone to do it for you if you have big windows like us… or we might just have been incompetent… still outlook is good. Room is darker and no more reflection on screen. We did it to make the room less hot but weather has been cold since fitting so we do not know how much cooler the room will be! For privacy at night with light on- people outside can still see you but total privacy during the day. Would I buy it again? Yes but would find someone to fit it for us!”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry the delivery arrived a couple of days later than expected. We do advise that delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, as delays can occasionally happen once the parcel is with the courier. I understand this was frustrating, especially as you needed the product for a specific day. However, even if the item had been purchased through Amazon, it would still have been fulfilled and dispatched by us using the same courier, as Amazon do not hold stock of our products. I am sorry again for the delay and for any inconvenience caused. Martha

“Quick delivery, good value and the product is exactly as described. Perfect for creating privacy, you can’t see through the window from outside but it still lets a good amount of light in. Follow the instruction video and it’s quite easy to install, but the bigger the piece you’re using the more tricky it is so make sure you set up space to do it properly!”
