Unfortunately the window film I received was not at all what I selected. I was expecting a white frosted look but got a grey unfrosted version which is not useable. Disappointing

Use other suppliers even if you pay slightly more; you might actually get what you request. I purchased samples to get the colour correct so not to be disappointed with screen to reality texture and tone. All samples requested were dark because my counters are light and I'm not a fan. Until I decide on the remodeling I wanted to basically do a live mood board with paint and contact vinyl etc. After samples arrived I was so pleased I found one exactly what I imagined which is rare. I order what I need but what a waste of time. I was sent Light Oak and I ordered (Dark) Aged Oak. Now usually I would be mindful of mistakes but due to the time of year I wanted my kitchen to be cute and set for the festive season and greeting guests and sadly it wasn't. I now have to wait until they re-open on the 4th January with no one monitoring emails. I wasn't going to do a review yet but at this point I'm channeling "Karen" because I'm a tad annoyed at the level of service and want to prevent this from happening to someone else in the meantime.

Terrible. They do not respond to emails, I wanted my order refunded and cancelled and no response. Still waiting for my order to be refunded. What a joke of a company.

The service from the company was great, ordering was simple, delivery was good, i brought enough to do a couple of windows on the front of my house, I have fitted various window films before so knew what I was doing, for a change I read the instructions, peeling of the film was very difficult and frustrating, stuck to the windows ok but creased in the corner, I then stood outside and looked in and could see through into the lounge, it did not give me as much privacy as I had hoped or thought it would after looking at the website, I have put the rest of the film in the bin and will search for a different product.

Would not buy this again I have been trying for a week now to get the mirror film to stay on the glass I have done everything quoted on the instructions and even checked the video. This is a terrible product as it keeps peling off the glass over night.

The product was ok. It does the job it’s supposed to and if you follow the YouTube film it’s easy to fit. I received my package, opened the box, removed the tube with the film and threw away the packaging. The following day I did the job. When I opened the tube I noticed that the two pieces I had ordered were only one? I went on line to check my order in case I had made a mistake? No, I had ordered two pieces. I used the messaging service to notify the business of the error but received nothing back other than the automated reply. I still haven’t had a response some 10 days later. I eventually managed to find a phone number and rang them. I explained the issue and was asked by the representative to scan my order copy and they would check who has packed the box. I said I had my order on email but the box and its contents were in the bin and it had since been emptied. She said that therefore there was nothing that could be done as the identifier for the employee who packed the box was on the hard copy of the order. I said that whatever it says on the order I am still missing a sheet and finding someone to blame at your end is not something of my concern. I appreciate that there will be some customers out there who will mess up a sheet and then declare it missing but in truth it’s not that difficult to fit so this should not be the case. Plus I’m not in the habit of trying to pull the wool over the eyes of a business for £6.99. The piece, for whatever reason, was genuinely missing and the procedures for investigating this are very weak. The customer is put into the position of being guilty of deception and having to show it’s not the case from the off. An employees double signature is not foolproof as I have found in my case. No doubt once approached the employee would vigorously deny that the order was wrong and I would be left with the consequences. All I can assure you is that there was one tube in the box and one sheet of film in the tube and no matter how many signatures by a member of staff on a bit of paper will convince me otherwise.

Many thanks for your review Garry, I’m very sorry you have had an issue here. I have checked regarding the email you claim to have sent and waited 10 days for a reply. I can confirm we have not received any emails from you, and since your item was delivered eight days ago, you certainly have not waited ten days for a reply. With regards to eventually finding our telephone number, we are somewhat bemused since it’s clearly displayed at the top and bottom of our website on every single page; it’s also listed on google places and almost every major online phone directory. I know many online companies don’t like taking calls, but this is not the case for us. We are more than happy to take calls, to provide customer support. With regards to the missing item, we always request a copy of the packing slip, as we can easily check the CCTV camera that we have on every packaging section if we know who packaged it. As you are refusing to provide it, I can gladly put in a weight check with our courier. This will take a little longer, but will surely resolve this complaint. After approx 25 emails because they cannot tell the difference between horizontal and vertical or width and height I have thrown the towel in and returned the goods at a cost of £8.99 which I am informed I cannot claim back as they delivered the right goods. They did not deliver the right goods I ordered horizontal stripe film and got vertical stripe film how can they say the delivery was correct ?

I ordered Mirror Silver Window Film - One Way Tint 3 meters and pay 15 pounds. I got a problem with the window film and I decided to send it back. I used just 50cm, paid for delivery £5 and they pay me a refund of just £7. This company doesn't warn customers that this film is not good for double-glazing windows from the inside, because it is a little dark from the outside and has no mirror effect. Mirror silver window film does not reflect the sun, but rather attracts it. If you have small children, be careful because the temperature inside gets very high. The manager told me that for the mirror effect to work, you need to seal the entire window. And that it’s not enough just to cover one part with something dark? I don't recommend this company at all.

Product doesn’t work, at all. I ordered the 100 Micron Safety & Security Window Film to improve the safety of old internal doors with glass panels. I followed the installation instructions to the letter while using the installation methods as advised. The safety film started to peel away the next day and was off completely by that evening. Total rip off.

Many thanks for your review. We are truly sorry to hear of your disappointment. This type of film would never fall off the glass once fitted, I’m sorry to say, but you must still have the release liner on the film. The film has a thin clear release liner, that protects the glue; prior to installation, you must remove this protective sheet before installing. This is explained both in the instructions and in the online video. If you need help with the product, please do get in touch with us; we are more than happy to help you with fitting advice.
