Thanks for your message. From the photo, it looks like it was taken at night — you must be aware that one-way vision window film only works during the daytime? Its mentioned in the product description and very common knowledge, all one-way mirror films and one way glass rely on a difference in lighting. They create a mirrored reflective effect when it's brighter outside than inside, giving you daytime privacy only. At night, when it’s darker outside and lights are on inside, the effect disappears — people outside will be able to see in. This is completely normal for this type of film and not a fault. Also, to get the proper effect during the day, the film needs to be applied to all visible parts of the window. From your photo, it looks like the top window hasn't been covered at all— this will compromise the overall one-way effect, as uncovered areas still allow people to see in and reduce how well the film works, as it's letting natural light in above the film. “Good clear instructions quality excellent arrived in timely manner Looks great on My only little gripe is that is says horizontal but length is vertical I don't think it's made clear so we had to put it on in 2 pieces”

“HELLO GREAT PRODUCT, GREAT SERVICE WITH SENDING OUT PROMPTLY, ETC. ONLY NEGATIVE IS THAT THE SIDE OF THE 'FILM' WHICH IS THE "BACKING" WOULD MAKE FITTING EASIER IF IT WAS MARKED IN SOME FORM ? THANKS WILL USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND RECOMEND !”

“Easy to order, delivery was on time, the 3 stars are for the lack of communication, No email to say item shipped, No tracking number supplied, even on the site in my order onfo it just said shipped and the tracking box left blank, Knowing when my packages are going to arrive are a major factor when I buy online, not knowing causes all kinds of problems with the carrier Royal Mail, I live in apartments so if not home they take the item back to depot and after 2 attempts it goes missing in there system. I even emailed asking for an update and the tracking number but Active failed to reply. If they could just be bothered to input buyers tracking numbers to the order it would of made this review a 5 star.”

You’re absolutely right that knowing when a parcel will arrive is important, especially with Royal Mail and apartment deliveries, and I can completely understand how frustrating that must have been. “I used the safety film to apply to internal doors - 4 doors 15 panes each. I’ve not used it before and am quite clumsy but I followed the instructions exactly and it went on really well. Miscalculated and needed to order more; it came the next day. I would use again.”
