“Had a 50th Birthday gift don't want to upset my friend whom got me the gift, but there is a stone missing from the anklet that was brought for me for a special birthday. So upsetting.”

“The chain is incredibly long. The adjuster is also super long and I end up standing on it all the time. Unless it's tucked into a sock it's very uncomfortable and has cut my foot on more than one occasion from walking on it. Its impractical to wear most of the time.”

“I was happy with bangle until the clasp kept opening and bangle was falling off!! The rigmarole to exchange and get a new one was draining so customer service needs to be improved!! Took a month to finally receive a new one!! Bangle itself is lovely but doubt I’ll be ordering from this company again..”

“Sent an email explaining why I was unhappy with my bracelet. The response I got basically told me there was nothing that could be done. I sent photos of bracelet and how the bracelet does not sit on my wrist. No response so far”

“Gorgeous bracelet, I absolutely love it. However I am on my second bracelet due to tarnishing and now this one is starting to tarnish too. Also the fastening to make the bracelet tighter is also very annoying! I have to tighten it at least 2/3 times a day as it loosens very easily. Overall a gorgeous bracelet I would just expect a better way to tighten it and wouldn’t expect tarnishing to happen twice when no tarnish is guaranteed!”

“Had a necklace made for my daughter in law with my Grandchildren's initials on it one being a W it keeps turning over to a M but don't go back, they got back to me with a reply to my email to say there is nothing they can do, I have sent two more emails but had no reply, I was asking maybe they can solder the letter to make it stay the way it should, but unfortunately not got back to me.”

“Am very happy with the gold bangle that I brought as a gift, unfortunately it keeps falling off, due to the clasp coming undone and am unable to wear this as worried it will get lost. I have tried contacting the after sales and had no reply am very disappointed at the customer service, especially as this was a gift.”

“So the clasp isn’t very good at all ! I try to only wear if going out, as on 2 separate occasions the bangle has fell off, the first time in the high street a lady chased me to hand it back, and the second time again I was reunited with it when my dad found it on his garden path after visiting. It’s a lovely bangle, but am scared to wear it now I have another one that’s the same with the clasp”
