“Absolutely fantastic Customer Service from Abbot Lyon today, I had a problem with the bracelet my partner bought me for Christmas, I emailed customer service and provided photos....my partner is on holiday so I couldn't provide the order number, bit gave the rest of his details....they sent me a special code to the value of a new bracelet! I'm so grateful as I love my clover bracelet!”

“An influencer recommended Abbott Lyon, I checked the website and loved the designs. I ordered a watch and bracelet, then I was surprised that I need to pay more than what I paid for customs . I keep emailing the company to return and refund, they didn’t give a full refund. So be careful you will be paying a lot more than you expected . I ordered before from UK brands never charged that much by customs??? So Is it really sent from the UK or from a different country?”
