“I ordered the necklace before Mother’s Day and got told it would arrive in 7-10 working days. Actually it took a month to arrive or maybe more. I had 3 updates to say it was being perfected and then assembled etc but then I got tired of waiting and chased. When I questioned this I got told there has been a delay and apologise which is good, but then someone else told me that it’s on back order and won’t be dispatched until the 19th April. This contradicts what I was told from the start. When the parcel arrived it was in different boxes and we had to assemble it, this is fine and the necklace is really good but again, this contradicts everything I was told about it being perfected and assemble etc. It’s like it was all off the self items. This is not the service I expected.”

“Sorry to say I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of the jewellery I bought from your site. It's advertised as non-tarnishing but nothing could be further from the truth. I bought the Stacey Solomon designed 'Doodle Heart' ring and earrings for my daughters birthday on the 10th April this year and much as we both loved the design, less than 2 weeks later, the ring is tarnished and turned her finger green! So disappointing.”

“I gave birth nearly four years ago, and always wanted to get a necklace with her name on. I suffered a bit with post partum anxiety and depression so it’s been a journey for my “wonky brain” I feel like I’m finally back to normal, so my partner and I started researching different companies. Abbott Lyon came recommended by a friend The process of ordering was ridiculously simplex as was the customisation. Delivery took nearly three weeks, which wasn’t an issue and we knew from the start. We got regular update emails. I am so in love with this necklace. It’s subtle, dainty, good quality, and brings me so much happiness. Whilst I obviously hadn’t needed to use it, a friend has said their customer service is outstanding, replacing jewellery a year old that had somehow got a bit tarnished. No issues replacing as they are so proud of their work and refuse to give anything less than perfect. It was a big deciding factor in using them. All in all, highly recommend, and Thankyou!”
