“I'm a bit disappointed with this. The clasp feels cheap which it isn't. It's very difficult it to put on and the clasp gets caught in itself and I almost couldn't get it off. It's very pretty but not worth the price, especially as I paid for it before their constant sales which is annoying. They run very small. I have quite small wrists and the S/M is almost too small.”

“Absolutely shocking. I ordered this around two months ago as a gift for my girlfriend, and after all that waiting it was finally delivered to the wrong house, left outside, and turned up with the packaging crushed, torn and visibly damaged. This wasn’t some cheap throwaway purchase. It was meant to be a special gift, and the condition it arrived in completely ruined the whole experience. What makes it worse is that nobody even handed it over or made sure it reached the correct address. It was simply left outside somebody else’s property and I had to discover it in this state. For a company that presents itself as a premium jewellery brand, this is genuinely embarrassing. The delivery, the condition of the parcel and the overall experience have been absolutely appalling. I have photos showing exactly how it arrived. I would think very carefully before ordering anything important or sentimental from Abbott Lyon if this is the standard of care customers can expect.”

“Really poor. Bought a product over 2 months ago for a 40th birthday present. Said the product will be ready early October, after questioning the delay I was patient and respectful. I asked for a refund they said they could not proceed. I However I received an email today saying one of the charms that was purchased is now not in stock. I have asked for a refund which is thankfully being processed. Very good at communicated. Would not buy from these guys again, really disappointed.”

“heart bracelet returned to small returned for large I ordered when it came back in stock as it was a birthday present i did not want to disappoint to quick to order, I should have read the returns notes as I did not know it would be a credit note so check the returns for your refund.
