“I recently brought your Moon and Back bangle and it's stunning. The sparkle, craftsmanship and service were all top class. I was kept informed of my delivery and my bangle arrived well packaged and presented. I've had numerous compliments saying how pretty my bangle is. It fits perfectly and adds an extra touch of class to my outfit. I absolutely love my bangle to the moon and back.”

“My parcel seems to be stuck for the last 4 days at a depot, not your fault as it is with the carrier. I contact customer service to see if I could get some help and received an email back within the hour stating they had noted the parcel had not seemed to move any further and they would chase it for me. Not completely resolved yet but I'm 100% happy my issue is being looked into. I've purchased a few gifts from you and have never had any complaints!”

“Absolutely amazing customer service ! I ordered two different bracelets and one of them was just too big for my wrist. I emailed and got a really prompt reply, in which I arranged for an exchange. I received clear instructions on returning the unwanted bracelet and I’ve had confirmation that my new one has been despatched. I’ve been constantly kept informed and I feel like nothing has been too much trouble. Nowadays it’s hard to find good customer service.”
