“Terrible customer service. A bracelet had a losoe clasp, sometimes opening and falling off. They twice asked for videos but as it happens intermittently I couldn't provide this. I wanted an exchange but I will now return my whole order and avoid in future. The customer service just seemed so unhelpful, especially as the item was faulty.”

“I was so excited in anticipation on receiving my bracelet and had been showing friends and family what I'd ordered. I chose my charms but had difficulty with sizing. It's not very clear and I hadn't realised that the extender was a consideration in the measurements.. The bracelet arrived and it's so big it falls off. I've written to Abbott Lyons and they are refusing to take it back to resize. So, so disappointed in this company. I've paid £89 for a piece of jewellery that I can't wear!”

“I saw an ad about this website and ordered it thinking it would be a good gift for my girlfriend’s birthday. I ordered a necklace over a month ago and have yet to receive it. Her birthday happened and I had not received the jewelry yet. (but they want my review). I have tried to contact the customer service multiple times to only get an AI robot responding to me (even though it does tell you an “agent” is helping you). There was no help given other than a tracking number link that I already have in my email. As of this review I have still not received any help from this company and have not gotten the jewelry I ordered (necklace). I will not be ordering from this website again due to those reasons.”

“I live in the US and am trying to get my order and was not aware of the additional customs fees that would prohibit my order from being delivered and I did not know that a single letter engravement would not be able to be returned. I was told that I need to pay that fee in order to get my jewelry delivered but I never got any information about it. They told me to contact Evri and I did but they said they have no record of my package. I spent nearly $100 and am really worried I will never get my order.”
