Poor service. Placed an order and sent an email 8 minutes after, and contacted the help team at 8.30am the morning after placing the order to say i’d made a mistake and needed to cancel, to be told i’ll need to accept the order and ‘try to return’. Basically once they have your money, thats it.

After taking my bag from the dust bag to use for the summer I have found that one of my letter pendants is missing, it was 3 x LLL. The bag itself is still in great condition, so I reached it to CS to ask if I could purchase a new L to replace the one that was missing.f All i received was an email back with a copy & paste version of the warranty overview & a suggestion that I kindly purchased another BAG! Unbelievably patronising & unhelpful!

Haven’t even had my order yet and they didn’t add the customisations on. Only found this out on my confirmation email. I messaged them the same day I placed the order and no reply. Messaged them again and they won’t amend or cancel the order. Expensive and they messed up and won’t help. Extremely dissatisfied and won’t order again

Beautiful but don't last, had a bracelet with clover brake only had less than a month. I had earrings break less than a week and when the order can first time I had a missing neckless too. Had a birth stone neckless brake the stone came out with in 3 days! I don't wear my jewellery every day either. Spent over £300 not worth it. Sorry being honest pandora is better.

Ordered a bracelet for a gift and was very disappointed that it arrived in a paper envelope only. Their website states " All products arrive in luxury sustainable packaging as standard" Therefore I expected a standard gift box. I hardly call a paper envelope luxury. The description is misleading on the website and should be changed. I spoke to customer service who were unhelpful. Unfortunately this is the first and last time shopping with this company.

Do not buy from this company- bought a Mothers day gift a week ago. Waited for the dispatch notice. Emailed 3 times. Finally a week later they reply to my email saying it is not in stock- despite me having paid for it and the gift wrap- now I have no Mother’s Day present and no time to replace it as my mum lives in Ireland and I am in Scotland- terrible service- steer clear- I don’t know when they were planning on telling me if I had not emailed- took my money though!!! Small company that has bitten off more than they can chew !

Item looks abit cheap took ages to get here and then they didn’t send the gift wrapping out and claimed I never ordered it even tho adding the gift wrap was the thing that made me order over the threshold to get a free gift! The free gift bracelets are sooo small and rubbish btw Customer service was poor and very gaslighting in their responses. I wouldn’t order again looks cheap and tacky ruined my nieces birthday present and it’s not like this place is cheap either!

False advertising from you At the top of your website you offered a 25% off todays order Code number US132791. During check out I entered that code but when I got my summary page I did not get the 25% discount. I will never order from you again. From reading some of the reviews on this site it seems like you are a hit and miss seller. I’m not the only unhappy customer. It seems that it’s doubtful that I’ll even receive this order. I’m a USA customer.

I ordered a necklace for my girlfriend. I was assured by the company that it would arrive before Valentine’s Day and I have the proof to back it up. My order DID NOT arrive in the allotted time. Customer service refused to do anything to help me, stating that the statement on their website was an “error.” They purposely put this statement on their site to get as many orders as they could and unfortunately, I fell for their scam. I will not be ordering from this company ever again. I can not trust a company who falsely advertises their products and who makes false promises.

Was bought bracelet as gift, within few weeks snapped, contacted and was given replacement, but exact same thing happened again couple weeks later. Was given another replacement but only worn once as terrified happens again, went to put on yesterday and after lifting out jewl box and putting on snapped again in the most random place. Very poor quality considering it was £90

I’ve ordered a couple times from Abbott Lyon and each piece of jewelry I’ve ordered has broken within a couple weeks if not a few days, I’m very disappointed about this and paid quite abit of money. Will definitely not be ordering from here again unless they sort the quality of the product out.

Hi…..purchased. Gold watch 8/23 @ $195.00 plus shipping…decided on the Rose Gold instead….ordered it and returned the gold watch. Sent 3 requests along with date July/23 along with tracking # and STILL have not received refund or response. I’m not wealthy……

I ordered a necklace in December it was a gold plated chain with a heart. I received a teebar chain. Got in touch with Abbottlyon to explain I received the wrong necklace. They apologised and said they’d send me the necklace I had ordered. So they sent me out a replacement which was another teebar chain. I’m now sending them both back and will never order from them again. It’s been a total nightmare, I don’t even think the original necklace I ordered even exists. How can a reputable company get it wrong twice. Never again.
