If there was an option for zero stars I would have picked that. We had a birthday at work and we all chipped in to buy a bracelet which cost £62.00 - it didn't fit so I sent it back and ordered a new smaller one. However Abbott Lyon didn't refund the £62.00 - they had agreed an amount of £62 - online credit which i didn't need. They refunded me £34 !!! which means I am £28.00 out of pocket - this was a gift for someone at work and seems very unfair. I raised this twice and they refused to give me the whole amount back. Would never use this company again

After reviewing your order, we can confirm the refund amount issued was correct based on the amount originally paid after your discount code was applied. The original bracelet was purchased using the WEL15 discount code, so the refund issued (£34.07) reflects the amount paid for the item minus the returns shipping fee. Your replacement bracelet was a different style at a higher price point, which is why the totals differ. We appreciate your feedback and understand this may have caused confusion.
Bracelet broken and could only have a one that didn't match my necklace as a replacement. New one came and extremely small. Won't be purchasing again. Poor Service and quality.

I have made two orders with Abbott Lyon with long delays and delivery. My last order was made in February. It is now May. The order was lost twice and now delayed in being made. They have terrible service for international customers. Do not buy from them if you live overseas and not in the UK!

Worst purchase ever! After numerous emails I final got what I spend over £160 on! First package contained just two gift bags and then I had to send numerous emails to actually get the jewellery I had ordered! I wouldn’t say the jewellery is worth the money either!!

I’m really disappointed with my experience ordering from Abbott Lyon. I placed an order for a custom silver necklace intended as a gift for a specific date (next Friday). Only after ordering did I realise the estimated delivery time was over 8 weeks, which feels excessive for a large company, especially outside of peak periods. I contacted customer service immediately to see if the order could be expedited, but was told this wasn’t possible. Unfortunately, my request was then closed without any further discussion or attempt to offer a solution. What’s most frustrating is the lack of flexibility or customer care. Even if the timeframe couldn’t be changed, I would have expected more willingness to help or explore options. As it stands, the item will arrive far too late for its intended purpose, which defeats the point of the purchase. Based on this experience, I won’t be ordering again and wouldn’t recommend if you’re working to a specific timeframe. Make sure you double check delivery estimates very carefully before purchasing

I am beyond disappointed with this company and their so-called “customer service.” I ordered a name necklace for €109 and what followed was nothing short of a frustrating, costly ordeal. The first necklace arrived faulty, and I was forced to pay €16 out of my own pocket just to return it — something no customer should have to do when the product is defective. When the replacement arrived, unbelievably, it was faulty *again*. At that point, any reasonable company would take full responsibility and issue a complete refund. Instead, I was offered either a partial refund or a credit note that didn’t even match what I originally paid. To make matters worse, they could not guarantee that a third replacement wouldn’t also be faulty — which says everything about their quality control. In the end, I’ve been left with a necklace that spells the wrong name, and I’m out around €60 for the privilege. Offering me just €62 back after all of this is frankly insulting. This experience has been a complete waste of time and money. Poor product quality, worse customer service, and zero accountability. I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from this company to think twice.

Sadly the bar on this Confetti Bangle comes undone and in the process I lost the 3 charms also purchased. This happened twice. Customer services were great at sending a replacement. However, 3 days of wearing the 2nd, the same happened again. Personally I would not purchase this item again nor recommend it to anyone

Ordered my partner a necklace with our son’s name on it. Took a little while to come. Packaging was lovely and it looked really good. She used it the first time yesterday, then this morning she noticed it was on the floor. It had come off without her even knowing. The chain had snapped where it meets the named pendant. Really really disappointed. So many good reviews which must mean we’re just unlucky. But either way it’s still not good for something pretty expensive. What I would say is, I’ve already resolved the issue in a way. The AI live chat gave me a refund of store credit for the full amount in 5 minutes. Which is really good but also doesn’t really fix the issue itself. Wary to re order from them again but I’ll have to to use the money. Also tried to upload photos of the broken necklace but kept coming up with an error every time

Poor quality and no accountability. I’ve had the same Abbott Lyon jewellery item fail three times — including a replacement that lasted just 9 months. Despite this clear pattern, the company refused any resolution and hid behind warranty terms and “reasonable lifespan” arguments. This isn’t a one-off issue — it’s a repeat durability problem. The product simply doesn’t last. Customer service was polite but ultimately ineffective, and the case was closed without a fair outcome. I wouldn’t recommend based on product quality or how issues are handled.

I ordered an item from AL. Was very excited about it. Shipping was paid on the front end with the order. Once it was shipped and in customs I received a notification another payment of $69 was required in order for it to be released from US Customs. This should really be disclosed on the front end prior to ordering especially when in store credits are the only option.
