Terrible experience. Had offers on site, went to use them, then they wouldn't accept it, tried to cancel an order, also wouldn't allow it. Never again

I saw on Stacey Solomon Instagram her advertising personalised necklaces and bracelets so after losing my grandad this year I thought I'd get his writing put on a bracelet. But I was absolutely gutted when my bracelet arrived and you could hardly see the writing it was that small. You'd think they'd send you a preview of the personalised jewellery before they send it out to make sure you are happy with it.

No resolution was offered to me. I placed an order on 22/11/2025, which still has t arrived. I was told I would receive an update via email as the chat was abruptly ended. An update would be useful.

Ver disappointed with this company, received a pair of earrings that weren’t matching. I’m having trouble trying to send them back as I’m housebound. I would never use this company again and i will be reporting them

This is the second request I have been sent to review Abbott Lynon however very frustratingly have not yet recieved my order made on 1-Dec for delivery 'between 5th December and 8th December'. Evri said they would deliver on 6-Dec however it never came. Evri contacted me and said 'your parcel(s) are still due for delivery today' but it never came I contacted Abbott Lyon customer service on 8-Dec and was told a response would be in 48 hours. The order has still not arrived and I've since been sent 2 emails asking to provide a review so have no choice other than to write about this negative experience.

I have not received my order and I’ve tried several times to contact you in different ways. My order is needed this week for a birthday present and I am unable to chase it or get a response from anyone or to be updated if I will receive it or not!!

Ring size to small even tho I am the size I ordered ,and I have returned the ring today . The names on the ring you couldn’t see the ring advertised shows the engraving much larger than received .very disappointed .
