“Had an issue with both chains on my bracelets becoming loose having had them 7 months. Contacted AL who gave me credit to the value of my order to repurchase same or different items. Very prompt responses and very happy with the result and service received.”

“I love the jewellery and have the crystal bangle. I haven't taken it off yet and I love it. Customer service excellent, price excellent and delivery excellent but returns and refunds took some understanding with postage charges. Would order again but would be more careful about getting the right size as I don't want all that confusion with return postage charges. Thanks anyway.”

“I ordered 2 pairs of earrings on the 2 for 1 offer loved both pairs but I was unhappy that one pair had totally different shades of green , after quite a few emails I was told I could return them and get a store credit to order another piece of jewellery. Really thrilled I could do this as they was a treat off a family member.”

“Bought a necklace for my friend for her 30th birthday, was absolutely gorgeous. My only disappointment was that when it arrive, I had to essential assemble it myself (put the charm on the necklace) and then pop it back on to the little cardboard slip to present it, which looked a bit naff considering the cost. Would’ve been nice to at least have the option to upgrade the box it’s presented in (not the initial box within a box)”
