“Lovely pieces - one arrived very quickly, one seemed to get caught in a loop of automated emails and then arrived when I was told it was still being checked! Both pieces are presents and I think will be gratefully received. Nicely packaged and securely posted. Looking forward to gifting them.”

“The delivery very fast and the packaging was beautiful. However, the chain was exceptionally tiny and did not reflect the size as portrayed in the images. The gift bag with the printed name(paid extra for) was lovely and the right size for the gift. The sizes of the product as well as the packaging needs be mentioned so one knows what to expect and is not caught off guard by how really, really small it all is. Needless to say, l would order again as l now what to expect and, overall, happy with my purchase. It was a gift for my daughter and she was very happy.”

“Firstly, the products. The initial necklace in rose gold is lovely; delicate, subtle and I've not stopped wearing it since it arrived. The rose gold tennis bracelet I purchased at the same time is, sadly, not so lovely. In the photos on the website it looks very sparkly and expensive; sadly, in my experience, in reality it is neither. Secondly, the service. My order was dealt with promptly and I was kept updated, so no issues there. Thirdly, the constant emails after browsing are somewhat irritating. And then to be bombarded with either a 20% off, or a buy 1 get one free, or a 15% off - nice to have in one way, but irksome in another.”

“Absolutely first class customer service when I had two issues. Very kind and generous, with quick and professional responses! The issues aren’t the reason for the four stars- I was just a little disappointed that the pear-cut solitaire ring isn’t round and chunky as it looked- it’s flat on the sides, feels a little light and seems a bit more ‘costume jewellery’ although it’s pricey. Just be careful because the height of the solitaire can be knocked and catch on things. However, it’s a gorgeous-looking ring and the engraving inside came out nice.”

“I ordered an engraved pendant necklace, it took 3 days to arrive. It was very well packaged. Unfortunately the chain was not long enough, so I contacted Abbott Lyon and asked to see if I could purchase more links. Unfortunately it was something they couldn't do. So I requested a refund for the chain. The only downside was I have only been offered half the price I paid or alternatively I could have a credit note for 2/3rds the price. As I wanted to replace the chain I opted for the refund. Apart from that, I highly recommend this company their communication was fantastic and my emails were replied to straight away.”

“Due to a glitch with Google autofill the wrong address was on the order. It ended up being an amalgamation of billing and delivery addresses - which, therefore, did not exist as an address. I contacted Abbott Lyon via email and received great help, managing to get the address changed. I’d paid for next day delivery, so it was time critical. Thanks for your help!”
