“Great company with great communication..was happy with the cross pendant I bought however I thought the chain was a bit flimsy and for the price a nicer gift box included in the price I think would of been expected.”

“Abbott Lyon ordering process was very simple and easy. There was no trouble deciding what to buy as I could’ve bought so much. I will send an email keeping me up-to-date with my parcel. I think the price is a fair price point I don’t think it’s cheap but I don’t think it’s too expensive it’s very affordable, which is good and when my package arrived I was really impressed with the packaging. It was all recyclable.”

“I ordered a locket with a picture of my mum in it who passed away last year. When I tried on the necklace it was very short. When I measured it, it was only 15 inches long. Customer service were great and sent me a new necklace straight away and I received it within a couple of days. I really appreciated the service received, thank you.”
